I'd Frist like to say how nice store is and the staff are so nice and the management team are lovely the go out there way to help you u would not get this help in Tesco I think the staff should have sumthing for the best customer service that I see in long time thank you

I tried to send a parcel there on 04/03/23 to be told by the lady with the glasses that they were not taking anymore today because the delivery driver had been??? I then went outside, and the yodel delivery driver turned up. Why lie if you don't know how to do it? Just say. Just because you had 3 customers in the shop, you don't need to stress out. My advice to everyone don't use yodel because the shops don't like taking the parcels.
