Super prompt preparation of order. I have always been able to pick up an order within an hour if the item is in stock. Staff are friendly and helpful. This model definitely beats other DIY store if you know what you are after.

Ordered some items for a home fit project for click and collect. Got a text message within a few minutes to tell me the order was ready. Took less than 10 minutes from entering the store to having my order and leaving. Great service, great prices, lovely people.

A good little store with a decent amount of parking. It can be busy inside the waiting room!

These guys at the kings hedges branch are great.
I get my electrical bits from them regularly. If I have placed an order online and they see my van pull up they usually have it on the counter before I even ask! Screwfix hq should take note, can't fault that kind of initiative!
Staff are always polite, professional and personable.
Stock is generally very good in store, if not next day collection is easy.
Lots of parking, no fuss.

Screwfix have been brilliant especially during the pandemic. I've used several branches recently and Taunton is the same as the rest. Great helpful staff and most of the stock that I wanted was available. Well done!

Easy to park and really friendly staff, this company has it all, from DIY to Saftey equipment, Tools to home security. Electrical an plumbing fixtures and fittings, screwfix has it all at competitive prices and some super deals throughout the year 👍👍
