Great branch this is. Friendly efficient service. Knowledgeable staff. I had a problem with a product- exchanged no drama or argument. Can search products digitally- you don't have to flick through an old paper catalogue. I use this store a lot.

Usually have everything I need in stock or can next day the item for me which works really well.

Would really recommend if you need things quickly with great service.

Staff are also great and helpful if your disabled you have great access for a wheelchair, staff help with bags/boxes for your items and have even offered to take things to my car.

Wouldn’t use anywhere else in the area if they have the items I need.

Now accepting in store ordering instead of click and collect only but you'll need to take a list of catalogue numbers of items with you to order in store as there are no catalogues out to look through. I used in store ordering so I could use a voucher I'd been sent that could not be used for an online order. Good prices as usual and everything I wanted was in stock.

The Car Park is very convenient, CV19 precautions are taken on very well. The service is good, but the ability to solve problems is limited, as there maybe solutions to these problems which are difficult to solve due to lack of finding a solution due to lack of experience from Staff. There might be a product available, but to find it, by looking through the Catalogue or on Counter Computer Screen, is very tedious and difficult to find at the Counter. Lack of stock held on site is limited, & to order overnight has to be considered the only way to obtain what you need.

A good selection of items and a friendly staff. They always ask me if a particular product is for an indoor or outdoor use which is very professional. The shop is well-supplied, so they almost always have the products I need.

Very good service from the staff. I could not find what I needed in the book. One of the staff took the time to be nice. And find it for me. Top marks.

I love this place. Really cheap DIY stuff and you can order online and collect on the same day. All the staff I've dealt with here have been very helpful. About the only criticism is if you want something high end but then you wouldn't be shopping here. Axminster Tools is next door if you want something more specialised.

If I want diy stuff I always go to Screwfix rather than a very large national retailer as there is no way I am walking round a giant store to find out they haven’t got what I want. I like being able to pre-order items and be in and out of the shop in a few minutes

What can you say about a generic chain store? The staff are friendly and helpfull and the store is very clean. The company is well know for providing tools and equipment to both trade and the public. It like the argos of the building and DIY comunities. Big laminated books full of amazing and crazy things.

This place is like a second home to me. I love the staff who are usually very sociable and helpful. It's far better than most as a branch!

Brilliant for all my DIY needs, very cheap and always have a good stock. Sometimes you have to wait a little while for products to be brought out, but the price is definitely worth the wait.

In, out and gone...ordered on line then txt when item had beed prepared for collection. Picked the Item up within two minutes!!!
