Very impressed with the quality, was a little hesitant ordering from a company that I hadn't heard of and appeared to be a fairly new business but the order process was very simple, good updates and fast delivery. The main thing is these item's are very competitively priced and for me the quality is outstanding. All delivered in recyclable packaging, I used the knobs to jazz up an IKEA cabinet and they worked great. Would buy from again on any future projects I do.

You never really know the quality of something when looking at photos online, but it must be said the solid brass knobs and handles we ordered are fantastic.

Yes these might be a little dearer than some alternatives you can find from your standard big name DIY/hardware stores, but the quality it great.

Look fantastic on our kitchen units and will be ordering again.

Great quality handles and lovely customer service

This is a honest review of an extremely disappointed and concerned customer. Be careful with what you by as it may hurt you and your family. I have bought a lovely hardware for my bedside table to upgrade the look. As soon as it arrived we checked and it came with the handles and the screws. We started to install it straight away and the handle broke into three different pieces. Like that’s not enough, because it broke inside of the drawer hole, there is no possible way to take it off and it ruined my bedside table. It was a brand new bedside table, and now it’s absolutely useless! I am asking for the money back and for a new bedside table, as the piece broke inside of it and it still attached. I am not even talking about how dangerous this is and we could have caused serious harm. This is not a trusting company and their product is dangerous! Stay away. Ps- it didn’t let me attach the photos!

Edit: After the ridiculous answer they gave bellow, they sent me an email trying to blame me, when I informed them I had prove that is was fited with their own screw and and by a professional they then proceeeded to just say:
"We have conducted several quality checks here at our fulfilment centre since you contacted us regarding the issue and have not been able to identify a quality issue with this particular product during these tests.

Regarding your request for compensation, unfortunately we're not able to cover the costs of replacing furniture damaged during installation by our customers. If you're able to provide further detail on exactly how the installation was attempted we'd be very interested to hear how this product may have caused such substantial damage to your furniture.

Regarding the hardware you purchased from us, If you would like to return your order in exchange for a full refund you can do so for free via our Returns Portal here."

So no real help to be honest, specially considering I cant post something that is broken inside of the draw. With a lot of efford and stress, I had to send several emails, they ended up giving the money back for the broken terrible quality product, but not compensating for the nightstand as they should have.

This company is a scam, they take no responsability, they say their product is perfect, despite the photos you can see. I hope the people reading this review go for something better and safer and that this happening to us means it doesn't need to happen to you.

Gold handle’s discoloured really badly in a couple of months really badly. Poor after service.
