Bought a Polo and casual summer shirt whilst away in Southport visiting relatives. What a joy the lady assistant in the men's wear section was. Truly a delight to talk to. Thank you!

I go in here regularly. I have always found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The store is small but you can order online for next day collection which is fantastic. There is a pay carpark outside 40p for half an hour, nothing to do with this store, but its free after 6pm and the store is open until 8pm.

Went to look at the sale ,and the lady went all the way to help me with a perfume I was looking for, nothing was to much trouble, easy to talk to and great service.

Was served today by a very helpful young lady in the homeware department. The items that I wanted were on display in the shop window but it was no trouble for her to go and take them out so that I could view them before ordering. Great customer service. Thanks
