Kind and helpful staff, would go back for sure. Was helped by a nice young man by the name of Areeb who took his time explaining everything to me and answered any questions I had.

I came in wondering if I can be helped. To my surprise they doubled my broadband speed for the same price. Adil was a super attentative to my difficult needs, highlighting things that I didn't think were possible. The manager, Ahmed also checked in to ensure that there were no stumbling blocks. Went into EE today in Harrow 05.11.and i received the best service in a long time. The person serving me was with me for 2 and a half hours. I went in feeling quite stressed as I have been trying to change my phones over to EE from another co and deal with another problem that occured which has never dealt with before and hes only worked there for i think he said 2 or 3 months..He reassured me that everything was going to be sorted today. He remained calm and very friendly. It was nice to come out feeling reassured and happy with the service i received today.Thankyou Liban

I think the EE shop in harrow was very kind to my friend who wanted to buy the new phone. It was her first contract and these guys did splendid job. They even gave us a discount on upfront amount as well as gave us goodies.

Great Network for 5G and 4G! And the staff at this store are knowledgeable and very helpful... I needed my phone charged and they gave me access to a Fast 2amp Charger. These guys deserve your business and trust!

At the end of much turmoil I went through, EE/BT use the same provider network. The difference is that if you put a BT Sim in your phone it will be EE but go talk to EE and it is nothing to do with them. Go direct to EE and get excellent service advice and true direct Service providers.

This shop in St. Ann's in harrow have experience and excellent staff. The service is better than the staff in st George's in harrow. I would recommend it to everyone.
