Toolstation Chester

Mike at toolstation was extremely helpful with my query and felt like nothing was a bother to him. Will definitely use his services again.

I have been going in here almost since the day they opened. The present manager Mike has done a great job assembling an excellent team. Along with Phil, Jess, James, Gemma and oldie but not mouldy John they give all the customers great friendly service, always with a smile and time for a quick bit of personal chat. It is a pleasure to buy from there, they go out of their way to help and make sure we trades have what we need to do the job. Exchanges and refunds are always smooth and hassle free.. Would all retail stores be so professional and helpful with a personal touch, life would be better. They're a shining example of how it should be done. 5 stars guys!

Since moving to Chester about 18 months ago and renovating our house, we have paid many visits to this store. The staff are always polite, helpful and welcoming. The range of items, price, convenience of the click and collect service and clear pricing is great.

Really well run store, Mike the manager leads by example, this comes to the fore when your not quite sure what product you need. The staff are all really good at finding products and even making suggestions from what stock they have. Plus, you can always get a free cup of hot brown whilst your there!

Decided to take up a bit of DIY recently. Heard great reviews about tool station and the staff which work there.

Looking confused as I did, the manager mike came over and helped me pick out a few tools that he recommended. I bought them with no regrets.

My bookshelf is coming along nicely.

Must say Mike and his staff have one of the most positive customer focused stores/depots i use,always so helpful to all, whether trades or the general public, nothing appears to be to much trouble, returns and repairs are so easy.
The customer card free to all allows you be a registered customer and not have to give out an address every visit thus saving your rime and those behind you.
There is also a hot drinks machine free for all customers to use, and it never seems to be empty,another great asset.
Finally if they dont have it in stock its there next day,

Remember crossing the car park will cost more, and no free drinks.

I've used Toolstation for many years and I am extremely happy with their service, the staff in Chester are always very helpful and offer great technical knowledge.
Mike and Jess are always happy to help and go the extra mile for their customers.
John and Phil are always happy smiling faces that welcome you through the door. Great staff, great service and are doing a fantastic job under this lock down situation. Keep up the great work.

Great service today - I had preordered goods but also placed an order 5 minutes before I arrived. Both items was ready for me to collect, which saved me time and 2 trips to the store thanks

An incredible business and business model providing tools and accessories to everyday folk such as myself. The way they've seemed to have handled lockdown is exemplary. Their staff were also extremely helpful and friendly. I cannot commend Toolstation as a business and a workforce enough. Superb.

Used 2 recently during COVID-19 lockdown for click and collect orders. both times received confirmation of order ready to collect within minutes of placing orders online. Fast and efficient click and collect services. Cheaper & quicker than other local suppliers also.

Had a lovely experience in here within the week. The lovely gent Micheal who helped and served me was very friendly and so polite. Will definitely be shopping here again. Well done

Usually always have what i need in stock also free hot chocolate
I visit very often and its nice staff remember you and can put a name to your face
Special mention to gemma she always goes above and beyond to help as all the staff do

Great people and really well organised for social distancing. The staff are really friendly and everything was ready for click and collect. The wait was a lot shorter than I anticipated.

I always have a great experience here, it's much cheaper than rival stores and the staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. I often don't really know what it is I need exactly, and I can describe it badly to them and they know exactly what I'm after and don't judge my inexperience.
