Great experience once again shopping with Pine and Oak. Brilliant personal service in store helped me choose the Rimini bed from the Highgrove collection. It is perfect for the room and my needs. I am glad that I took the advice on the mattress as it is so comfortable. Storage at both sides is really handy for bedding and towels. The bed was delivered on the date I requested with good comms on the day. I have items from pine and oak throughout my house and will always return .. they can’t be beaten on price and quality together with brilliant customer service.

Ordered a wardrobe and chest of drawers for my daughters bedroom. We took measurements and seen that we were an inch out 😣 we asked if it was possible to shave the small overhang on the top of the chest of drawers in order for it to fit on the same wall as the wardrobes - Glenn was happy to do this for us with no issues. The wardrobes and chest of drawers arrived today and fitted perfectly. The guys put the furniture together quickly and were pleasant and polite - also they took away all packaging saving me a trip to the tip. Myself and my daughter are delighted with our new bedroom furniture - would highly recommend.

We were absolutely made up with the service from pine and oak, they really helped us out fitting in a special delivery for us so we could get our furniture on time. The TV stand and dresser are wonderful. Not a piece of chip board in sight! We will certainly buy from this business again and would recommend to friends and family.

Quality stuff. Some items are quite pricey, but you do! Get what you pay for. Bought a king's size bed from here and a dining room table and chairs. Both are very good prices and very good quality. There today, checking out a Kings size mattress only and found their prices are brilliant. Past deliveries have been without question, on the ball. On time. Friendly staff, and they bring it in and build it if it needs to be.

Great service and great quality. The order arrived exactly as we had arranged and the lads who delivered it couldnt be more helpful putting the bed together and taking all the rubbish away would highly recommend pine & oak to anyone

I've had two lovely 4+2 Richmond Chest of drawers for 2 years now and they are really good value for money. I recently had a problem with 2 runners on one of the drawers. Probably self inflicted by me trying to cram too much into it if I'm honest!! I really do need to have a clear out of my old clothes, as my wife keeps telling me!
Anyway, I contacted PIne & Oak Warehouse and they immediately responded and agreed to send me replacement runners plus an additional set just in case. No quibbles. Excellent customer service and I can't recommend this company highly enough. Thank you Pine & Oak Warehouse.

We have just taken delivery of an oak wardrobe & drawers & are extremely happy with both the furniture & the service. We had been told that it wasn’t possible to get a triple wardrobe into our loft conversion but Kyle made it happen. We had 2 visits to measure & check dimensions prior to delivery. It was certainly not a simple operation but by thinking outside of the box & with huge positivity it was delivered & assembled perfectly. It looks great & we are very happy with the furniture. Thanks for making it happen.

We have been looking for garden furniture for a long time, we have looked in so many places, this is definitely the best we found...
We want more furniture for the house so will be going back as they have some great stuff...
The only thing is we won't be going on a Sunday as the fella who works on a Sunday is so miserable he makes me look happy...

After a truly abysmal experience at Oak Furnitureland in Chester we found this real gem of a place right by where we live! The table and chairs we ordered are perfect, the service is wonderful, extremely helpful without being intrusive . They offered next day delivery but as we were going abroad were happy to hold onto our order and deliver the day after we returned. We have had some bad experiences recently with big companies so it was wonderful to find this place. Thanks all.

Been buying items from this company for a number of years. They always have good range of furniture and are able to deliver quickly. On this occasion purchased a really nice table and chair set at an excellent price. Staff are really great, knowledgeable & friendly. Highly rated.

Called and spoke to Roy, ordered 2 items of furniture on Thursday morning and were delivered the next morning over 100 miles away. Great customer service and excellent delivery service. I bought quite a bit of furniture from Pine & Oak Warehouse and moved house last year, all furniture went into storage for 6 months and when we moved into our new house we couldn't find the nuts and bolts to assemble the table .We called into Pine & Oak and the gentleman very kindly found some for us. Always found them very helpful and professional in all aspects I would recommend them very highly 5 stars
