Ordered 5 Gremlins figures from here and feel that I have to write a review. The figures were the cheapest I could find online and they were all dispatched on time and arrived quickly andnwere well packaged. Some of the older reviews had me worried but as it turns out I was very happy with the service I received. I will definitely order with them again

Ordered the good guy doll Monday and arrive Wednsday, impressed with the service, my only criticism would be there wasn't any confirmation of order or postage, I did message on messenger and got a reply practically straight away. Despite the poor reviews I had a great experience, purchased a Neca ED-209 toy and found the price the most competitive. Ordered on 25th January and it arrived through Royal Mail on 30th January. I did have correspondence with the seller although, I would have preferred to see a phone number in the message input contact us section. Seller provided a tracking number which allowed me to verify despatch confirmation and gave me peace of mind! Excellent seller, fast delivery, email notification, genuine products at awesome prices. Very happy with this transaction, thank you.

After purchasing a Frankenstein model at a comic con, we decided to order off their website and cannot fault the service. Quality figures at quality prices, thank you.

Can't fault these guys.....i needed something delivered within a week without fail..Geeky Nerd Toys had it on their website 20% cheaper than anywhere else...emailed them on sunday, They replied almost straight away to say it was in stock...ordered Sunday, got tracking number on Monday....delivered on Tuesday...as good as it gets.

Bought 4 neca figures took alittle time to come bt it was a Bank Holiday weekend wen I bought thm .Figures came well packed and are the real deal at a fantastic price . Will Definitely use geeky nerds again . 👊🏽

Never had any problems always a prompt service and replies quickly. I use them regularly.

Just awful. Had items on preorder since July. Phoned, messaged and emailed multiple times. Answered the phone but they never responded to my written communication. Every phone call was just another excuse as to why they couldn't send the items and each time was different. My advice to anyone reading this is to keep well away.

If buying from them is your last resort, pay on PayPal or credit card. If its PayPal put a reminder in your phone to demand a refund 170 days after payment (they have a dispute limit of 180 days) and keep your credit card company informed as you will need to claim the money back. A con in the truest sense.

Sold me a damaged Hot Toy figure at a comic con and has been ignoring my emails since trying to get the issue rectified. AVOID THIS SELLER!

Tried my luck with a shop I hadn’t used before, bought one in stock item with 24 hour courier delivery and received no despatch Email. Waited a couple of days as I know it can be busy for stores like this and then emailed, was told it would be sent out the next day. 4 days later I messaged their Facebook page, gave them my order number and then received no further response.

Called the shop to cancel my order as I found one somewhere else from a trusted source that would guarantee arrival and was told they hadn’t received a message from me (that they’d replied to) and that they don’t send out despatch emails ?

Not sure what their deal is but avoid them. Won’t be using them again, the item will now be late being given to the person it was intended for which would be fine if they hadn’t told me ‘all of them had been sent out’ which is clearly not true or I would have my item.

If I’m paying for 24 hour courier I expect a tracking number.

Don't usually write reviews but have made an exception for this place.

Poor communication on the status of my order. Had to chase to find out when it would be shipped and was given evasive answers. Had to cancel in the end and was charged a 10% handling fee! Much better service elsewhere for similar prices. Made the error of not checking the reviews before buying. Wasn't surprised to see everyone saying the same thing! Avoid.

Lied, ignored emails, and sneaked in an extra charge I never agreed to.
I pre-ordered 5 figures costing approximately £180. Orders need to be over £50 to qualify for free shipping. My order qualified by over 3x.
Here's what happened.
The 1st figure became available. Geekynerd emailed me an invoice. I paid. A few days later the figure arrived. No problems. It's notable that I wasn't sent an update on shipping or a tracking number.

The next 2 figures became available. Geekynerd emailed me the invoice. I paid. And nothing happened. Nothing arrived, no update, no tracking number, no thank you for payment, no anything. After a week or so I emailed and asked for an update. I even got a reply. I'm not allowed to use individuals' actual names, so we'll give him the alias "Ric Noach", to protect the guilty. Ric Noach said their policy is they don't ship until all items become available. I said I'd already received the 1st figure, and asked why would anyone pre-order something only to receive it months after its release date? He said that the 1st figure shouldn't have been shipped but he'd send the next 2 figures out. He didn't send anything. Nothing arrived, no update, the usual. Several days later I emailed asking if he'd sent anything, and he never replied. A few days later I emailed again asking for a refund (no one likes getting lied to and ignored). Ric Noach answered saying he'd sent the figures, blamed Royal Mail, and he would re-send them the following Monday. A week later there were still no figures and no update. I emailed Ric Noach again and said either give me a tracking number or refund me. He completely ignored my email, and then sent the figures out after that. He also sent the invoice for the final 2 figures, which I promptly paid, thinking Ric Noach had finally pulled his finger out. Once again there was no update on shipping and no tracking number provided.

Only after I received the last 2 figures (12 days after paying) did I notice he'd charged me £4.80 for shipping. My order qualified for free shipping, three times over. So this Ric Noach chap lied at least twice, ignored half my emails, then added an extra shipping charge I never agreed to. Very dishonest and underhanded. Their prices are good but I'd rather pay more to someone I trust, such as Comics and Cocktails or Zavvi. I definitely wouldn't recommend Geeky Nerd Toys. I wouldn't trust Ric Noach an inch if I were you.
