Brilliant place, great selection of vinyl, cds, and dvds. Had comic books and lots of popular culture things. Staff were brilliant and helpful, you could see them talking to customers and giving advice to people who had questions about stuff like the record players etc. Wonderful store.

Lots of variety in store. Plenty of merchandise for all marvel, Disney, bands etc. And a huge vinyl section, staff were friendly, good space around the store for wheelchair and buggy access. Tidy well laid out.

It had moved since I came here last but at least it is still open now the big supermarket's have given up anything that does not sell, this is one place you can get dvds and vinyl plus other bits for them game boy thingy. Plus other things I have not a clue about.

As a child of the 90s I love HMV. There is a wonderful retro-feel about the place, and their T-Shirts as well as their pop culture paraphernalia is phenomenal. I am just upset I didn't buy the RHCP Tokyo tour T-shirt when I had the chance.

Staff are very knowledgeable and will always help wherever they can.
Range of products is good and it's awesome to see HMV taking vinyl seriously.
Weekly live music events is a great touch, not all my taste, but giving musicians a chance to perform live is a big positive.

It was good to find them, long time since going to Canterbury. Had a CD and dvd's to buy for Christmas pressies. Two very knowledgeable men helped my wife and I find exactly what we needed to buy. Thank you guy's.

It was great to see HMV back on the high street... I'm actually looking at a record player from there and starting to get into vinyl...

I find almost everything I look for in there. If not, the staff always offer to order it for you. Many good offers on shelf sometimes means I buy more than what I initially came for.

So far, a good shopping experience every single time. I can't wait until the end of lockdown, because I have a few new albums on my purchase list.

I could spend all my money in here...😳 They have some great stuff in at the moment.

Lovely place with a nice selection of items. They had a wide range and will pop back in for some cd’s. My son loved the fact he could find some among us bits. David was lovely and friendly and took his time to even have a little chat. Thanks for that.

Plenty of choice cds, records , tshirts,cups and more plus live bands on different weeks amazing place to go

Just like any hmv store same dvd blue ray staff are helpful

One of the must not shop on line shops. The staff really know their stock, and are super helpful. Heard customers saying things like "not sure what it's called but the plot is something like this " The members of staff knew where the film was. Myself I asked if they had a film like another one my recipient liked, and actually suggested 2 others and also suggested a gift receipt just in case. In the music dept. it was now hassle for cd I was looking for to be checked for its release date. Brilliant customer care.
