Closing the shop because the tills go down is becoming daily. Staff clearly not trained to deal with such situations.

Just walked over to buy a newspaper (6:45am, the store’s opening time was supposed to be 6am) but was told by the staff the store isn’t open because the tills are not working so I asked for the number of his head office to make a complaint but wasn’t given to me as he said no matter how many people complain they don’t care. Sounds brilliant!

I went to this store yesterday to collect a yodel parcel which was scanned in to the store but the parcel has gone missing so had a completely wasted trip and missing property

I went there today and already second time this week was overcharged lady that worked there tried to charge me double of what my shopping was when I told her the amount was incorrect she scanned again and it was half the price I didn’t received an apology nothing even though it was a second time.
Be aware and always get it the receipts just in case or add your spendings before you go to the till.

There is a guy and a girl working there who are very rude! Charge you more than the price on the display and when asked why, she would insult you with "have a good day,goodbye!" Like shooing you away like a dog!. The other guy is also very rude,when asked about something doesn't even respond like you are invisible! No ethics at all!
