Bought No. 7 and other make-up with good, patient advice from a friendly sales assistant. Happy to go back again soon and use my loyalty points.

Great store. The only drawback was the sales assistant did wear her mask over her mouth or nose. Under her chin. Whats the point of that. To be fair she looked like a rep or even managment. I do hope not.

Lovely service from a young male assistant in the Trostre Boots who helped me buy a gift for my daughter. I had previously been in Llanelli Boots and female assistant walked off when I approached the perfume counter and never came back !! Very rude!
I also had a free gift which was very nice, didn't have to do that.
So thank you as I was really frustrated after being ignored in Llanelli.
