This branch of Curry seems to have the friendliest and helpful staff. They attend and answer your queries with a lot of patience. I had a great experience while buying my new phone.

Buying an electric oven from Curry's was an interesting, satisfying experience, both Simon and Benjamin were knowledgeable and very, very helpful. Queries were answered swiftly and efficiently.

Great customer service. They knew exactly what I needed to fix my phone problem. Amazon were hopeless.

I called into Curry's to buy a cooker. They have such a great collection of cookers,fridge freezers,microwaves and TV's.
I was provided by a great service from the lady that works there. My cooker was ordered, delivered and installed.
I will certainly shop there again.

Had everything I wanted and staff are knowledgable and helpfull

In the Lancaster store the service was very good, however the store did not have the item in stock but it could be delivered. There was a delivery charge, we chose Wednesday the charge was higher than Thursday and then we were informed that it could not be done on Wednesday, it would have to be Thursday (bear in mind we had been charged for a Wednesday delivery) we agreed to that. This morning (Wednesday) we received a message to say that the television would be delivered on Friday ! Well Friday would be difficult for us because of commitments, So I try to get in touch both numbers to ring gave various options ending up with a website to go to, so I eventually gave a verbal reply the computerised voice could not cope with so it put me through to a human being who I think has sorted things out, we'll seen Thursday when the item should be delivered. I do think that if you want to sell something, if its is not in store and you offer to deliver instead of the customer walking out with the purchased item that delivery should be FREE.

Excellent customer service from Hamza when reviewing TVs, truly a seamless experience.

Nice little walk around. Didn't have what we wanted in Stock but that was OK.
Enough staff around to be able to ask someone for help. It's a really good balance of not feeling pushed upon with sales but just enough with someone checking in to see if we need help. Losks like in each area someone covers, like the TV area, kitchen electronics, laptops etc. And although this time I didn't speak to a member of staff, I did pass them talking to customers and they do know there stuff.

As a first time TV buyer I went to the store with quite a few questions which Jodie answered without hesitation, she really knows her stuff. Would absolutely recommend!

The staff were really polite and helpfull

Staff don't seem qualified on tech wanted to know about a mobile phone I was met with quite a few I don't know,s in my day we had to do a course on every product in store. If we failed we was no longer required.

She went that extra mile and her sense of humour lighten up my day.
She even squeezed out £ 3 life time warranty from my purse without any bother! Thank you.

Helpful staff, asked if I needed help and available when required, left me alone when I wanted that. Can't beat being able to measure stuff (a washing machine in this instance) and twiddle buttons / controls in person rather than relying on online descriptions. Shame they couldn't match the offer I found online, as they lost a sale. (Their price match only covers individual items.)
