I had my cooker delivered by a cheerful (northern?) gentleman with a lovely smile. Installed in minutes. Very quick, very professional. His last words were what every customer likes to hear, “ If you have any problems, get in touch.” A pleasure to have him in! Good experience at the Kidlington shop with both Damian, and another gentleman who is into heavy metal music.

We've purchased a number of items from here over the years and cannot fault them, very convenient to have such good service locally

Great service, great price! My washing machine was condemned on the Friday. I called O’Gormans on Saturday, and had a new machine delivered on Monday afternoon. Total recommendation for a good, local company. Will definitely go to first again for any other appliances.

Very helpful and outstanding service. They delivered my washing machine and set it up as mine had broken down unrepairably after many years of service BUT this happened 2 days before lockdown due to the virus I had ordered the day before and they still delivered as promised I don't know what I would have done without one for an extended period as we are a couple of oldies. Terry who did the delivery and fitting was great, knew what he was doing and practised good distancing and hygiene control, he was also very lovely and polite. I can't thank you all enough.

Lovely to be able to walk into a shop and talk to a person! Replacing a washing machine in a bit of a crisis and I was able to find something that fitted the bill, delivered and fitted in a very short time frame. A great service and so much nicer than going online.

We bought a Rangemaster for our new house. Very competitive pricing and delivery was within the timescale they promised. They also put us in contact with a gas fitter, Ian Harper. Ian arrived minutes before delivery of the cooker, he very kindly arranged the timing with O'Gormans to make life easier for everyone. Rang up a local company to see how their prices matched with what's on the web and well known suppliers of electrical goods. Surprised and really pleased that they were able to match Currys, John Lewis etc, also being local there were no delivery charges. Professional and very friendly service! Ordered a washing machine and tumble dryer on Tuesday, was delivered first thing Saturday morning. Great to be supporting a local company, will be checking them out again for my next purchase and would be happy using them again. Cheers.

I have recently purchased a fridge and tumble dryer from O'Gormans. Their service has been excellent with the items delivered very promptly and all packaging removed. The need to carry them up 2 flights of stairs was also handled with no fuss.
