Came to the cafe for lunch while shopping, was served by the loveliest girls ( Lara & Amira ) honestly made my day such amazing staff !

M&S food is fantastic and actually not that expensive for the basics (milk, rice, cereal, etc.)

Always love M/S
This one not so good food areas great
But can never fine ladies clothes or house
Hold stuff is in a different shop
If you don't know cambridge like us where is it

Staff service was amazing. Russel in clothing gave really good support and advice on size options and delivery options for a waist coat. Very good with the kids too. Kerry in the grocery section knew her stuff and left me very satisfied with her help. Thanks to a great team!

Just wanted to give some feedback today on the help I received. It was one of the most pleasant shopping experiences that I have had in many a year. It started when I wanted to find the men's changing rooms to try on a pair of Chinos and a shirt. A lady pointed me in their direction and said she new where they were as she use to work at the store but was now retired. I thought how nice and helpful she was. I then went to try on some chinos and a few shirts. The chap managing the changing room was so helpful he also chatted to my wife and the other customers. I must apologies for leaving a few shirts and trousers in the dressing room but he mentioned it was no problem. I wish all customer service staff were like this gentleman. I was a little stressed buying some clothes before I fly to the US on Monday but this chap was fantastic. I want to say thanyou to him.

Well done to the young lady with glasses who stood up to the man who tried to jump the queue . Tho it did scare me when he started to shout in her face as he must stood 6ft .

Great little grocery store with a bit of everything. Quality is usually top notch. Friendly and helpful staff too!

The shop is well run and has great food and produce and the staff are very helpful.

Nice store with friendly staff and clean bathrooms. It's 3 levels all of which seem very well kept and organized.

Mid sized but extremely useful. Carries a broad range of food from basics to more exotic. Not cheap but for the quality generally very fair value. Helpful and knowledgeable staff

See, I think M&S is even better than Waitrose. Flavoursome, exciting, colourful and so international. I love their food. Clothes? Too old lady for me. Food? Yes!

Cambridge store (ladies department), store was very spacious, items well displayed, Covid rules still observed, on entering hand wash available, found most items easily, staff very pleasant.

I have been going to M and S next to the outdoor market for the past 3 months on a weekly basis to buy food for several households.The staff have been terrific especially Mandy and Natasha whom I’ve got to know.During this stressful time they have been friendly , helpful and cheerful.Exactly what we need.Well done M and S and well done M and S market square. Marks and Spencer are one of the most outstanding companies for their quality of both products food and clothing. The staff go out of their way to give help and advice to customers. Nothing is to much trouble

Immaculate store. The food always fresh and actually affordable. In the centre of Cambridge. I am amazed at how precise the merchandise is packed on the shelves. Lovely staff too.

We always come here for our evening dinner (and a little more) after visiting Cambridge. Nice, clean store with plenty to choose from. Coffee beans are 👌
