James provided fantastic customer service when it came to resolving a problem with a speaker purchased online - really impressed! He was quick to provide a solution and actioned it swiftly meaning I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes. Exceptional experience and greatly appreaciated.

A great curry’s store,has everything you need.On some of the items,the prices don’t match so it takes you a while to configure out which price matches each item,we knew this when we didn’t believe one of the prices.The lift is also super cool too,you just stand on this thing and it takes you up you can see the roof of the lift from the very bottom!However it opens very far outwards to you’re right so be careful because I was very shocked about that!

We went to currys high Wycombe to purchase a smart tv just like to say Damon the lad that has worked for the company for 3 weeks was very pleasant and helpful in helping us choose the right one for our needs .A colleague ( didn't take his name ) also added some technical advice 10 out 10 for the customer service and patience for two old codgers

Pleasantly pleased from start to finish we walked in with in a few mins someone saw we was waiting he then called a member of staff to help us thank you i was then served by Sarah and wow what a wonderful and helpful member of staff very informative and explained the care plan to me carefully i was very happy and thank you so much if people read this review it is worth driving here from slough as the slough currys is awfull not run correctly by the manager. Just like to review our latest purchase that we bought yesterday, the sales lady Prem was very attentive and recommended which was the best dishwasher to buy.

Although our washer dryer, installed today, had a leaking drainage hose, we received excellent service from James at the High Wycombe repairs and services desk. He efficiently identified the fastest way of rectifying the situation and changed a frustrating experience into a more pleasant one. Thank you James

It was a busy day but they have a fair system where a manager will take your details and you'd be in a queue. It isn't just whoever is in the right place at the right time gets seen first. Knowledgeable and helpful staff.

We were looking for a new laptop. After browsing around we found an assistant to help us. She was very helpful and directed us towards a laptop that suited our needs and budget. The only negative was when we said we didn't need extended cover or any anything else. The payment was made very quickly after that and the assistant promptly left us.
