Co-op Food - Bristol - Straits Parade

I've been coming here for the last 5 years to get organic wine and anything I've missed with my big shop. I'm always surprised at how lovely the staff always are for just a chain supermarket. I've never left a review for a standard supermarket, but the staff here are just always nice. And the organic wine selection is great!

Good local shop. Has most things one would need including paypoints and a separated post office.

I've been living in fishponds for around 6 years now and shop in co-op atleast 3 times per week and with the exception of the little ginger guy who works there and constantly looks grumpy it's always a pleasure. Over all the staff are outstanding and I really can't fault them... consistently the best customer service around (apart from the aforementioned grumpy carrot top) The food is expensive but it's expected in a local store so I don't know why people are complaining. Even if everything else about this place was awful the staff would still make it a 5 star place.

Love this little place excellent staff always so polite and helpful but equally pro-active if difficult situations arise.

I’m always really impressed by the co-op. They are an ethical company with Good food and friendly staff. They do student discount too!
