Staff do there best to accommodate anyones issues.

I stood in a queue of only 3, when this rude woman berated the poor young member of staff saying- that they'd lost one customer who had walked out and then huffed her disaproval when the card machine was not contactless! If a customer has not got the time or basic good manners to wait their turn patiently they should not go in to any shops.
The staff are friendly and you get that personal attention not seen in somewhere like Superdrugs or Boots. The team are so polite and helpful they will go out of their way to hurry through prescriptions that the local surgery have messed up, their comittment to the public is commendable, currently dealing with a grown community and ten times the amount of prescriptions, but there will always be selfish people that can't see beyond their own inconvenience. Great job Billingshurst.

Popped in there this morning with severe dental pain. Needed something until my dentist appointment and they were so lovely and caring and incredibly helpful. Such amazing staff

How things have changed, very helpful staff, very good service

Yesterday I wait for one hour to pick up my prescription and I still don’t have it so I have to leave it and come home because getting late in the evening is a shame they don’t have more stuff the stuff that worked there. The girl was very nice, but they should employ more people.

A few lovely assistants, but huge waiting times for the obviously sick and elderly majority of customers. Besides I was told that my repeat prescriptiondrug was not available for an undeterminable timespan and left with no alternative. When i asked i was told to take my prescription and go around other pharmacies. Given i don't drive,i found that a bit harsh. I think one should be notified when neccessary medication is unavailable to contact the gp for alternatives. Also the phoneline seems to be faulty!

Might be prudent to update opening hours - as unable to get through today constantly ringing, at least answer the phone even if you are busy and make customers aware!!

This is a busy pharmacy that requires a more systematic and organised prescription handling capability. The service appears to be in a constant state of delay, misplaced prescriptions, slow handling of pick ups and lengthy queues. I was also asked what my prescription was for in front of a queue of others which is not professional. They do their best, it better management is required to improve the counter service.

Wrong medication issued but can't identify who was responsible. Head Office don't care about potential consequences 🤬

Always have to wait for the pharmacist to sign it off even though its been a week when I collect it

Very disorganised with their handling of prescriptions. Often not ready for collection when they should be. Insufficiently staffed for dispensing on Saturdays
