Was so impressed by the staff's knowledge and service when ordering first my mum's 90th birthday. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Brilliant. I called up the Witney store just before 2pm today as I had not received an email ref dispatching/delivering my order today. Spoke to a very helpful lady called Lou. She said she needed to speak with the customer service team. Called me back within 3 minutes to say that they have the stock and they will deliver it themselves today instead of using a courier. Lou herself turned up and was such a lovely person. Great service. Thank you so much

Was helped select a bottle of wine for a Christmas present by a very polite and helpful woman. She managed to pick a bottle he absolutely loves from me knowing a couple of types of red wine he likes as I know nothing about wine. Thank you.

The premises are kept spick and span and the stock is displayed very professionally. The staff are welcoming and ready to give advice but are pleased to let you just browse if that is your preference.
Though the stock includes very fine wines there are many really good inexpensive wines, including some super 'artisan' choices that go so well with food from the country of origin.

I visited this majestic for the first time today, i will definitely be returning. The staff were extremely helpful and so knowledgeable about the wines I wanted to purchase. Thank you for the great service.

Great wine selection and free tastings

Although Majestic are a large nationwide company when ever you go in it feels like a small company with attentive and helpful staff. I also recommend a wine tasting evening- great fun
