Iceland Supermarket Bedford

Great range of products, nice and clean store with friendly and helpful staff. We bought everything that we needed in one go, hastle free and we had pleasant experience. The fridges were well stocked, so I haf no need to go somewhere else to complete my shopping list.

Good selection of products and priced well on frozen food... friendly and helpful staff.

Great for frozen foods and sweet treats they also sell lots of branded items for a good price.

There's always a friendly face and someone willing to help. The prices are excellent as well in this crisis

Easy to shop great place

Started to go here more regularly lately. Never had an issue there. Best selection of frozen food than anywhere else. Great prices. Always getting different products in. Must say my current favourite is the stir fry bags they do. Also anything hot like the carolina reaper burgers and the firecracker wedges. Both great products

Had what I was looking for in stock. No queues at till.

Very helpful young man wish I had asked his name who worked their. Freezer out of stock and he found the item in stock room and immediately replenished the freezer. I was shocked at the elderly man giving him a hard time just before me the man had no manners but the young man remained calm and polite and Very professional member of staff

An absolute delight to shop in, staff are always friendly and willing to help. Charming Asian manager who recently started working there. Team is clearly driven in giving the customer the best experience. 5 stars

Putnoe store clean and tidy.found what i needed.
Guy at the till was cheerfull.always nice to have pleasant service.
Easier access for my disabled wife than the bedford stores where longer walks are involved getting to the store to start with.

Great staff members with kind and caring mannerisms. My favourite team member is Cory; he’s so cute and cheeky but very helpful and knows his job very well.
The store is a great size with much to offer and the home delivery service is a much appreciated service!
The best Iceland store in Bedfordshire with great free and ample parking spaces.
Every team member will always go that extra mile to help customers and although a young team work here, they work very well and hard yet maintain a very positive service and fantastic atmosphere!

We were served by Robert this morning, he was so lovely, friendly and cheerful, as we were walking out me and my daughter looked at each other and said at the same time, he was so nice.
