Iceland Supermarket Birmingham

I've used this store a few times now and I have never experienced anything negative. The shop is always well laid out, the stock level is always high but the staff there are amazing. Everyone is so approachable , so helpful and go that extra step to make your visit a very positive stress free experience.

Good deals .shop was busy but very clean& tidy

Great food, good value. Their breaded cod fillets are the best. Better than big brand names that cost twice as much.

I haven't been in this shop for over 2 years because it used to be dirty and full of shoplifters but I went in today and what a difference!!! Well done to everyone who works there, it was really clean, well stocked and most of all it felt really covid secure. I will definitely be shopping there from now on.

Brilliant deals, it's clean and friendly staff are ready to help, defiantly recommended.

They have upped their game, food wise but the service is still the worst. They never open a new till, no matter how long the queues. I sometimes politely ask them to and am invariably ignored, its as if I have asked them to do something outrageous.

I could get almost all I came in for. Best to go in between school drop-off and pick-up to make the most of the quiet time.

Went to Iceland perry Barr Birmingham to buy Harry ramstins chips sausage curry sauce only had the chips so went to Iceland kingstanding were they had the lot if u can't get it they will tell u were u can thanks iceland

Generally a good retailer with keen prices, most staff show you courtesy and free parking, biggest bug bear is sometimes at the tills when large trolley loads refuse to let in people with a few items are still loading, if i were a cashier i would call someone through to save waiting, or call for more tills to open, also car park regulation is poor and none disabled or mother and baby spaces are taken by inconsiderate people.
