Great example of why we should support independent, local shops. As soon as you
enter the shop, you cannot help but appreciate the whole feel of the place. The wines, spirits and other merchandise are all beautifully presented, which together with the staff, give it a welcoming feeling, allowing you to easily browse their fantastic selection of wines.
I often ask for advice and sometimes buy from less well known regions ( Lebanese red was a great recommendation, by the way). Staff are knowledgeable and friendly and not stuffy about the wines.
They also send great brochures, once you are on the mailing list.
Well worth a visit and you never know what you might walk out the door with to enjoy!,

Literally don't ever bother with supermarket wine if you live near a Hennings. For the exact same price you'll find something tasting three times as nice in a beautiful bottle you'll be happy to gift at a party and be supporting a local business who carry your shopping to the car. What's not to like?

Glad this is here, as there's not much else in Pulborough in the way of shops, and it's very handy for picking up a bottle of Nyetimber for the train back to London! Presumably the nearest wine shop to Nyetimber itself, and also pretty close to Wiston, which they also stock. It was a flying visit so I didn't get much of a chance to inspect what the rest of their English Sparkling Wine offering was - but they had these two in the fridge.
