Helpful staff great selection of clothing

Needed interview clothes for daughter she has a job so relieved maybe she will pay me back for the top trousers and shoes. But I live in the real world that will never happen. But she looked nice and she got the job I could try to cover cost by rent also will never happen so cost £60 to get daughter job.

Poor lad only one serving,numerous 'staff' stood around,only when large queue built up,did young girl offer to open another till!

Clean and tidy. Easy to navigate around the store to find the items I was looking for. Fitting rooms were clean and no need to wait. Friendly staff at point of sale

I came into this store over the weekend extremely frustrated as I brought some clothes online and nothing fit me which made me feel extremely insecure! To top it off I couldn’t return any of the items I brought due to an online system error. I went into the H&M cribbs causeway store and met an angel Eloise. She helped me return everything I brought and helped me find 3 full outfits for work that I desperately needed. As well as this she signed me up to the H&M membership which got me 10% off my purchase!! If u go to this store go to Eloise, she’s a gem.

i love their clothes sm, i literally always go here!! i would definitely recommend, they have so many clothes for anyone, and they have a stranger things selection too if you’ve watched it :)

I had never been before. The shop assistant in the gents department was so friendly so much so I went back and bought more

The employees in the men’s area were very helpful, I appreciated their courtesy. They even offered me style advice when asked and would even recommend an alternative store that might fit my specific needs. I wish the men’s department had more items, but I would definitely shop here again.

The best place to shop for affordable fashions. The staff are nice, service quick and there is a massive selection of clothing.

There is such a variety in styles here and is one of the only god given rare places that children clothes are reasonably priced and good quality as well as being moderately stylish 😎 👌

Staff are brilliant, not hurrying you, but very helpful. One item was returned without issue.
