Fenwick Tunbridge Wells

Though not my favourite store due to my financial status, they however offered a variety of beautiful and fashionable items. Friendly staff ready to offer assistance. It has a bra fitter for anyone who might need them.

Such a pleasant shopping experience in the Perfumery. Met a Fenwick colleague by the name of Louisa who assisted me in finding the perfect fragrance. Louisa spent as much time as I needed to sample, enjoy and ultimately purchase. Such an asset to this branch and I'll be heading back in the near future.

A brilliant department store for those extra special items where you want to pay a bit more.
Great cafe upstairs and bathroom facilities with baby-changing area.
Parking in the multistorey with accessible lifts. Cheaper parking for long stay on 8th and 9th floor. (Currently £7.20 for all-day parking through Ringo app). Make sure you get the correct parking code for the floor parked on.

Fenwick is a lovely store. Always worth keeping a look out for bargains.

Staff are always friendly and helpful.

I walked into Fenwick's and it's like department stores used to be. Everyone is smiling, nothing is too much trouble for the staff, and in a deserted shopping centre, Fenwick's was actually quite busy for midweek.

One of the very few stores standing in the shopping centre, staff are attentive, not over the top. Has something for everyone.

Very close to fuel station and Spar shop. Quiet location. Nearby fantastic garden centre with cafe/restaurant. Thoroughly recommend this site.

Beautifully clean and immaculately presented store and all of the staff were polite and very attentive, we personally found the Tom Ford concession in store to go above and beyond and Jo who served us was a true professional knowing her products inside and out. She also gave a vast amount of info on the man himself which was very interesting therefore she is a real credit to her employers! A truly enjoyable shopping experience..........the only downside to this is that the restaurant stops serving hot food at 3pm leaving coffee and dry left over cake the only choice. The reason I give it a 5 star rating is because nothing was too much trouble for the staff and nobody rushed when serving you. Will definitely be returning soon.

Great place to shop, everyone is so helpful and attentive. Good choices and the best brands you hope to find. Parking is paid for but easy to find a space.

Staff member Anju was so lovely and polite and helped me in finding exactly what I was after. She didn’t rush me at all and was willing to let me look at lots of options before making the big decision….as well as providing her own opinion which made the experience feel more personal! Can’t wait to come back in and receive brilliant service from Anju again!

I had such a positive experience shopping at Mac with the incredible help of lovely Amel. She was so helpful, and I felt so welcome and valued as a customer as she really took her time and used her knowledge to suggest a range of shades that fit my description when I informed her that I was looking for a new lipstick. I wouldn’t have been able to narrow down my options without her honest opinion and expertise on which colours best suited me best. I left with several lipsticks and will definitely be back again soon hoping to find Amel there!

Excellent medium to high end fashions and limited range of other goods. Very pleasant refreshment area for light snacks or full meals. Clean, fresh ambience - excellent service.

I recently had a bra fitting here after being turned away by M&S because I didn't have an account. Fenwick's staff made me feel welcome and at ease, a few bras were tried before we found one that fitted nicely and felt comfortable on, which was then purchased, not only was it in the sale but another one was found and has just arrived by courier at the same price and free delivery from Newcastle! Thank you Fenwick.
