Was told by Kate at Iron Bull on Wednesday morning doggy coffee meet about this place. Was able to have Taz fitted for correct equa fleece. Great choice of pet supplies and helpful friendly staff. Good car parking round the back near entrance. 😊

Lovely local pet shop with helpful and friendly staff. Mainly focussed on dogs and cats but also a smaller range for other animals. Everything you need for a new pup though! Even a dog tag engraving facility which saved us a separate trip. Will definitely be back.

Great! They have a great range of dog food, beds, coats and everything else. We also used the dog bathing facilities and it was so convenient and worked really well.

Very helpful and great selection of all kinds of pet stuff. We were measured and bought equafleece dog suits and they were brilliant. Caring with the dogs, informative and good prices. Highly recommended.

An amazing array of pet essentials and extras. The staff are particularly warm friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Not used it but there is a self service doggie wash which is a great idea. Reasonably priced and nice to support a local shop.

Fabulous facility, and at a great price! I would say the dogs love it, but that's not strictly true... However they very much enjoy being able to choose a chewie on the way out.

We had a great experience at The Pet Barn. It was our first visit, and there is plenty of parking around the side and rear of the shop. The staff were very welcoming, and explained how the K9000 Dog Wash worked. We washed our Collie, and were happy with the results, although we ran out of time for cleaning the tub. We will use this facility again, and recommend it. The shop is well stocked with lots of animal foods, treats and accessories.

Really helpful staff, always happy to meet the doggies. The dog wash here is also excellent and the selection of natural treats and chews is great.

Welcoming to dogs of all sorts and their owners, the helpful staff will guide you through any queries you might have regarding products. They now stock Equafleece as well as a wide range of foods, hygiene products, medications, bedding and training items. There is a dog washing station with plenty of space and if they don't have what you're looking for they'll try and get it for you.

Love taking my boy to the pet barn. It's ideal for those bath days especially as my boy hates water, the dog wash makes it so much easier and it's a little more fun for him too. Plus he gets spoilt with treats and a new toy everytime we go in

Drove past many times and finally visited. Amazing local pet store, super friendly staff, great selection and they have really good prices on layers pellets. Will be back regularly.

As a small independent business, The Pet Barn is a joy to visit.
They know Mum & Dad's dog(Waffle) and treat him as a VIP.
The service is very friendly and informal and the staff know and love the fluffy and rambunctious family member almost as much as we do. Prices are reasonable and the store is clean, well lit, and laid out with a good range for both small furries (such as my house bunny) and dogs. I imagine they have a great supply for other species of pets based on my experience.

I particularly liked the dog pic 'n' mix option as filling a paper bag markedly reduces sibgle use plastic and is fun to do.

I'm always keen to support the local economy and these guys deserve a cheer, best pet supply store I've visited to date!

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable of their products. Kayleigh was extremely helpful in finding suitable food for my new rescue dog. She listened to what I was looking for and gave suggestions and advice - she took me through several products, taking plenty of time to go through each of them with me without overwhelming me.
The only downside to The Pet Barn is it's a tad far for me to pick up any bits on a regular basis, but it is worth the journey and I would highly recommend this shop

My "go to" place for all things doggy! I am a regular for using their doggy wash & my pup loves to pick herself a treat (or three) on the way out.

The Pet Barn have a great selection of toys, treats, harnesses etc and the staff are so friendly & enthusiastic.

I have shopped in the Pet Barn ever since I moved into the area a few years ago.
It was my Labradoode Noodle’s favourite shop. The selection of natural dog treats and food is amazing, as is the huge selection of toys, dog beds etc.
However what makes the Pet Barn superior to any other Pet shops is their amazing staff.
Noodle always got treated like a VIP-she got plenty of treats and fuss and walked into the Pet barn as if she lived there.
After Noodle very sadly passed away I finally got another dog-a rescue dog who was very shy to begin with. However the lovely staff at the Pet Barn went out of their way to make Sprout feel welcome and now she walks into the shop as Noodle used to. ❤

An excellent selection of disgustingly smelly treats that dogs will love (primary reason for our visit)! But also a great selection for other pets and friendly, helpful staff.
