Asda Donnington Wood Superstore

I have to hand it to the team at the pharmacy here - they did me a solid. I had spent hours on NYE trying to get medicine for my sister and when I thought it was finally sorted, it turned out the prescription hadn’t been sent over. The amazing lady working at around 7pm on NYE went above and beyond to get the prescription sorted, and even spent ages on the phone with Shropdoc to get it signed! I cannot sing her praises enough but unfortunately I do not have her name. It would have been much easier for her to just say the prescription hadn’t come through and sent me on my way but she really put the effort in and now my sister finally has her medicine which had been worrying me all day. Thank you so much to the team at the pharmacy!

Writing on behalf of my elderly dad, just wanted to say he dealt with a lovely girl called holly who really helped him out, knew the locations of all items!! only wish there were more people like this in the world, thanks for bringing such kindness to my old dads life :-) xx

Great store. You can buy anything from food, to clothes, to home Accessories. Nice selection and good price's. The baby clothes selection are beautiful, and the clothes and accessories for children are good value for money. The home accessories are really nice, some really lovely blankets and towels and the Disney selection is great for Disney fans. Staff are friendly and helpful if needed.

A huge store with lots of stock and variety on the shelves. Always clean and organised nicely. Fast check out and friendly staff. Lovely upstairs with good range of the George clothing line and home goods.

Went after dropping kids off at school, got there before 9am and the place is dead.
Managed to go round finding everything I wanted.
Went to a normal checkout and there were only 2 open and both had more than 4 people each queuing, only gripe.

Visited at 01:30 in incredible pain due to google saying the pharmacy is 24 hour. It isn't, however thanks to the very helpful and friendly staff, was still able to get what I needed.

The staff here are top notch. I’m mobility impaired, and they are always helpful to me. The checkout staff and porters are a good bunch, I don’t recognise the negative and sarcastic comments that have appeared before me. Staff are always polite and generally have good interpersonal skills. A visit here is a positive experience.

Mr. Tyler ( I think his name was) lovely young male, helped me decide which bread to buy! Even recommended his favourite butter, best sandwich of my life! Thank you again Mr. Tyler.👍😉

An amazing asda and have so many things worth buying, the prices are so good and they sell prime for £2

Ideally located store with everything you would expect from an Asda superstore. There is a Costa Coffee located inside. The upstairs section has clothes, home and entertainment products.

I was going through the produce section and some nice young man called Jake was exceptional helpful on my endeavours

Great Asda superstore right on our doorstep. Usually have great stock levels.

Today between 15.30 and 16.00 a member of staff went the extra mile for my son and got him a box of ceral from the w/house. He was restocking the ceral isle. He made my little lads day doing that for him. Thank you.

Lovely store with kind and helpful staff. Upstairs you have clothing and other goods. They stock most things. Plenty of tills and free parking.

Good choice of products. Clean and tidy. Checkout system is good. Parking is free. Also does click and collect.

Never had any problems with the store, always well managed. The store is as stocked as it can be 99% of the time. The staff are always friendly

Was looking for a swimming pool bit only was able to buy deodorant big lol, big store, in need of a high-speed running lane for fast track check out
