Lovely bookstore. The staff are always really friendly and polite. They go out of their way to help find what you need

Fantastic selection of books and cotton bags to carry them in! Gift tokens and board games and lots of other things.
Helpful staff and the shop has a nice atmosphere.

It was busy! But I got what I was looking for, and a few extra things as well (I should leave my credit cards at home before going to bookshops...).

Massive shout-out to Siobhan for exceptional customer service (including some great recommendations and an enormous amount of patience!).

We were looking for a photo album, at Waterstones at cribbs in Bristol, we asked an employee called Mary, she was lovely, polite and very helpful. She went out the back to find the one we wanted and we are very pleased with our purchase. Thanks

literally the best bookstore ever. they’ve got so many books, it’s literally unreal?? the only thing kinda wrong are the prices. i paid £15 for book once, i think they should definitely lower the prices a bit. apart from that, great store!!

It's great to have a real bookshop at the Mall. Crammed with good reads and a great travel section too.

I had the most interesting chat with the guy that works here, wish I'd taken his name as he was great. I bought a book off his recommendation and so far so good. Always friendly here and I like the loyalty card too!

Great selection of books, today's visit was to get a dyslexic friendly book and managed to find a small selection. You can't beet a Barrington Stokes.

The man working there clearly "read me like a book" and could see I didn't know what I wanted. Clearly very enthusiastic about reading, he gave me 2 recommendations which I've enjoyed so far!

Really well stocked Waterstones, over two floors with lots of sections. Nicely laid out - tons of tables with featured books (and special offers, lots of buy two get one half price). Friendly staff, very willing to help!

I love waterstones, every time I'm in the mall I always pay a visit. I was looking for a football book today for a Christmas gift.

Brilliant shop and very knowledgeable staff, whose obvious love of literature means you can really ask for brilliant recommendations. Also sell lovely stationery and quirky gifts. This store has a small but well stocked children's section. A little difficult to navigate in a wheelchair though due to amount of tables.

Great service, good choice of books and my little boy loves a visit to see tiddler in the fish tank
