Had some difficulty getting the right sizing of shirts but the 2 ladies that helped on my several visits were absolutely brilliant. Many thanks, much appreciated.

Martin provided excellent service, i must say! He was extremely helpful with reassuring me that if the item was not in stock, I could order it for next day delivery. Which is fab! Loved his moustache too.

This Next is always well stocked and has a bigger range than most.

Alex provided excellent service, amazing with the acknowledgement of men's suits and helping picking out a tie to match the suit with my husband. I can't thank Alex enough for his time and patience.

Unfortunately a jumper didn't fit so returned it. Service both times was really good. Next is second to none for quality, value and service. My only criticism on the hoodies is the sizes I'm surprised they're so big. Once again quality is very high just unusually large. I buy lots from next and more often than not the clothes run true or if anything slightly small which suits me well.

I recently visited to return an item and exchange for a different size. Although they didn't have the size i required 'Robyn' was very helpful and helped me order it into the store, She was very respectful, polite and helpful.

Had a great shop assistant who helped me and I got a shirt that fits well and a tie. Would say it is well stocked shop with helpful staff who serve with a smile

A good sized next store over 3 floors.
A good amount of children's clothes on the ground floor with kids Ted Baker as well.
There is an escalator and a lift to go down to the basement, which has men's clothing and homeware section.
The 1st floor, is womens clothing. You can get to this in store via lift or stairs, or there is a main entrance from the upper Mall as well.
Store is well stocked and tidy.
Security guards on site regularly.

Decent quality,well fitting clothes. Not massively busy. I hate shopping but this visit wasn't too bad. Got what I wanted but they were out of stock of my size shoes. Apart from that.sucessful visit. Good free parking at the mall. 😁

Didn't buy anything, as I was returning some clothes I'd ordered online, but have to say it was a easy process and that the staff were friendly and helpful. Did see a couple of items I may buy once I've paid for the rest of my online order. Good quality clothes. Thanks Next!

If ever something isn't in my size on the shelf in any shop I will ask one of the sales staff, but today Becky was so polite and helpful and managed to raid the storeroom and found it!

I had to return some sandals I bought online. There was a small queue as it was a busy saturday, but once at the checkout I was impressed by how fast and easy the return/refund was. Very polite.

I wanted to change an item I bought but had lost the receipt. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, they found my transaction in their system and I was able to make the change. All done with a smile. Well done and thank you

Fantastic range of reasonable quality clothes at great prices. Mens depth hidden in large basement.

Class with a major dose of luxury. The only outfit they probably won't have would be Goliath's Armour, they have every other thing. Lol.

I only went to pick up an item ordered online. I had no idea that there was a basement but that was where the collection point was. System worked well.

I do like this Next.....easy to park, friendly staff and a really good range of clothing..I would recommend this store 🥰
