All the staff especially the manager cannot do enough to help you out. It is on a par with the service you get in America with help advise and getting another size for you without having to get dressed and start again. They will always double check if your size is not on display even when they are sure it's sold out. Best branch I have ever been too and the manageress should be training staff. The branch in the town centre has a completely different atmosphere and nowhere near the standard of service you receive in long field road.
Huge light store with the feel and attention of a small unique boutique!!!
Don't let it change.

I tried to find an outfit in blue water. It was no good for me, I ended up going in New look in my home town. I was really pleased with my purchase.

It was so nice to go to a real shop after a year away! Plenty of stock and managed to grab some fashionable bargains for both myself and my 11 year old daughter!

The only clothes shop in Tunbridge Wells that we managed to find sparkly going out clothes for the misses. Customer service was brilliant.

Brilliant place to shop and they now have a lot more of Apricot clothing and other brands in this store. So much to choose from, staff are friendly and you can park right outside the store.
