Enjoy shopping here as they have everything I need in one place. 2 floors, upstairs for clothing and general house items, and downstairs for all your grocery needs. Massive car park dedicated solely for asda no other businesses around. Open 24 hours aswell which is very useful. It is always kept in good standards and shelfs are generally always stocked up.

The place is massive , didn’t get a chance to have a good look round but some good offers if you can spend the time looking , it has a cloths sections upstairs and a massive car park aswel .. however you can easily get here on the bus here , good local stop

Reasonably priced and well stocked. Can get a little crowded before closing and sometimes a little busy. The staff are very helpful and point you in the right direction to find what you require. I come here once a week and have not had a bad experience yet. The car park is spacious and the disabled spaces are close to the door. The trolleys are close by as well.

Popped in to cafe for a breakfast and was greeted by a friendly polite gentleman on the till, very helpful and gave a top service. Credit to your store. Lovely breakfast and good price.

Asda Queslett Great Barr: Its a Great place to shop under one umbrella. The Whole store is Well stocked and well Staffed. The Cafe / dinning area is well spaced out and has Natural wood Tables and Chairs.

On the counters Menus are well displayed and food is served by highly well trained friendly staff. The place is very clean. The Continental English breakfast has a variety of items and is appealing to the eye ( see photos) the breakfast ~ also comes with a generous Big Mug of tea / Coffee.

There is plenty of Parking on the outside and a busy Patrol Station in a handy location. Thanks

over all shopping is good but as a blue badge holder i sometimes find it hard to find a parking space as most of the disabled parking is taken up by none blue badge holder's think this needs to be addressed

I popped into the Asda cafe today and was greeted by the most lovely young lad. He was so polite and literally went out off his way to make sure my daughter and I had everything we need. It’s those special touches that make customers return. Thanks Darren, your an asset to the Cafe :)

What can I say but a fabulous woman named Mel, working upstairs is more than an asset to this store she's an Asda Angel! Fantastic customer service, who went above and beyond to help me with my dilema. Lovely to meet a staff member who whilst working hard gave me her time and attention and who has a fab sense of humour even at 8:45pm at night. It's reassuring to know people like Mel still exist. Your boss Paul should be extremely proud to have you as part of his team. Thanks again Jan

I love this supermarket, really easy to find what you need, the shelves are always staked or being staked, ample free parking and free trolleys which is a bonus (It's frustrating having to scrap around for a pound coin or trying to remember one of those trolley tokens). Only slight down fall is that the car park area close to the entrance has been known to flood if there is very heavy unexpected rain. Ending on a positive note, it's also 24hrs and has a petrol station!!

I deliver shopping through Uber and haven’t to collect from this store aswell as shop there cant fault anything in store and these guys are a credit to the company and every time I collect orders the bays are tidy 98% the time unless they are rushed off their feet

Kathryn, pardip, kiran, Elizabeth, kieran and Sam keep it up with the great customer service and your politeness and friendliness does go noticed your guys put up with alot and I witnessed it a few times now myself by some of the rude delivery drivers but you don’t let it get you down you all just crack on and do a amazing job total credit you all are

Clean, friendly staff, lots of produce to buy, hot food, cold food, disabled parking, massive car park, altho prices hv gone up unfortunately, but recommend.

I went a done some shopping on the 8/11/2022 at 1 in the morning and i left at 2:15 and today 16/11/2022 i recived a parking fine for £70 pounds not going back there again

Amazing customer service provided from Amy, I hope I’ve got her name right.. she’s very friendly and always happy to help and gladly never miserable to serve.Ive never come across a service like this before.. having staff like her makes you want to shop more.I felt so comfortable speaking to her as she was very patient unlike other staff pulling a face when it’s time to serve a customer and calm always willing to run a extra mile for a customer.Thank you so much Asda Questlot for employing a staff like her. She has blonde short hair and I’m guessing blue/grey eyes. 10/10 service provided.

I go at least twice a month. It's my favourite Asda. My friend lives a few mins drive away and after visiting her I usually pop in for a top up. Their Asda value cheese and onion pasties are delicious so I usually get some of them. I love their fruit too which is excellent quality and a bargain. And one time I was in there, I bought some knickers from upstairs. They've lasted longer than my M&S one's. They had holes in after less than 6 months. Asda's are still going strong.

This is a fab Asda with 2 floors and ample parking outside. The ground floor houses groceries, food deli, alcohol, bakery, etc. There is also a 'World Foods' aisle and section that contains ethnic produce such as patties and turkey salami.
The first floor houses homeware and clothing for men, women and children.
There are toilets and baby changing facilities.
Petrol can also be bought from the forecourt outside. Practically everything you need under one roof!

Tuesday 28/9/21 I realised that I had a flat tyre and tried to change it. But with all the efforts of my Daughter and I we could not get the wheel off the axle. I was about to call out the RAC, when a member of staff came to ask if we needed any help. On hearing of our problems, she called over two of the trolly guys. I believe Eddie was one of them, to help us. With quite a struggle they managed to free the wheel and insisted on changing the wheel for us. So just s huge shout out to both of our saviours in florescent ASDA uniforms.
