O2 Shop Northampton

I visited the O2 shop on Abington St, Northampton today. It has a good feel about it. Ruby served me. She was very professional, a good communicator. Talked me through my options. I never felt any sales pressure. She helped me find the most suitable deal. Thank you.

I've been into the store a couple of times in relation to the phone I bought here. Seb has helped me every time. He is polite, friendly and extremely knowledge. 5* customer service from Seb !

Excellent customer service. Staff went above and beyond when I had a slight emergency. The manager was excellent - I wish I had her name because she really did her absolute best to resolve an issue. There was also a lady called Phoebe who was also helpful. I was really impressed. Again wish I had the manager's name because she was excellent (visited Abington Street Store afternoon 7.12.22 - if you have a reward scheme - I hope the manager gets some sort of reward.

I visited the O2 shop in Northampton a couple of weeks ago and spoke with a really knowledgeable and helpful young man called Sebastian. Usually the staff in these shops are not very good, but Sebastian was courteous, not pushy and knew his stuff. He helped me decide on what I wanted to get - offering various options and showing me samples and I left really happy from that shop. Great customer service, thank you!

Very helpful saved us money recommend o2

Had a extremely helpful experience in store today which saved me a £95 Early up grade I could have done without this month. Had a lady this morning who was very sweet to my 2 Yr old letting her draw on some scrap paper while she waited to get issue solved. But came back later as had to bring ID.
Basically, my sim just stopped working so it was either a new sim and hope for it to work. Or a new phone (I'd rather not have done). Thankfully, a helpful gentleman with red hair (sorry didn't catch names) popped a new sim in and it is now working. So happy! Thankyou!

Grear service! James was very helpful when I spoke to him with regard to updating my mobile and even though the choice I made was not in stock, he reserved one at another store for me, nothing was too much trouble.

Cannot commend this store enough. Store assistant Lucky served me and my family, he is a credit to o2, answering my numerous questions and providing a first class service. Couldn't be happier with the service provided.

Very good. Chap who dealt with me very, very good. Didn't get his name but also works as a Graphic Designer. An asset to the Company.

Friendly staff, willing to help. Check that the phone and tariff is the right one for you. The staff make sure your satisfied before leaving, even set up the phone if your a bit clueless.

Really helpful staff, needed to get my tariff changed and Colin was great he got me on a better one and I save a few quid too!, thanks.
