We have purchased the majority of our furniture from Oak Furniture land. The guys in the store are great to deal with. The after sales team over the phone have been amazing at sorting out any small issues. Great quality and service from the company.

Great service in store, shop assistant Grant I believe his name was gave us a lot of information, we completely purchased online without the help we would probably buy somewhere else without knowing these great offers.

Wasn't in oak furniture land evonthouht it's very good . Was in DFS which is very good also nice staff and very helpful.

Darren was very helpful, unfortunately item we liked was not in the showroom but he found one similiar. We then ordered the one we like.

We didn’t end up buying a sofa from here but the service we received from Leon when looking was extremely helpful. He ensured to show us lots of options and was overall very friendly :)

Recently purchased a settee and table and chairs. Initially asked if we needed any help and then not bothered again until we needed to ask questions about options available. Clear guidance given on options and costs. Sale detail all recorded smoothly and warranty explained with no pressure to buy, but at 5 years cover for circa £70 was excellent value for money. Delivery and build all done very professionally. We would definitely use again.

I've got an electric reclining settee being delivered next week but unfortunately didn't have what I enquired about price wise for what I was looking for but still a good shop will review when I get sofa next week

The staff are extremely friendly here but also very respectful if you do not wish to be spoken to or, indeed, harassed! I bought a new sofa from here at the beginning of the year (2017) as I was moving into a new flat and needed furniture. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and he really helped me get exactly what I wanted, and even included a demonstration of how the sofa is put together and re-arranged easily. Highly recommended and especially for sofa's it's much better than any of the other main competitors!

The customer service here was incredible, we weren't bombarded by the sales team but were given our space. One of the staff showed us through how the table sets extend, and also, helpfully, explained which pieces of furniture go with what. We were offered a free drink on our way around (tea, coffee or hot chocolate), which was surprising, seeing as it is a furniture shop! When we decided to buy our furniture the process was easy, but they did seem to want too much information (where you work, yearly income). If you spend over £1,500, you get a free giant clock, mirror (most of the ones we saw are slightly warped though) or lamp.

Walked into hedge end Southampton, immediately welcomed by salesman David Sheath, he was helpful and not pushy which was good. Walked out after purchasing some nice Oak furniture thanks to his help. Can't wait for the delivery now.

Great shop with a wide range of sofas! Staff were also fantastic - always there to help but also didn't follow customers 24/7 (a perfect balance).

Matt is such a courteous and pleasant man who really knows his job. He is thorough and was able to answer all my questions. Thank you very much. We will be back.

Visited this store after visiting many other stores.Finally found a three seater settee that we all liked after not finding one in any other stores
The price was good only draw back the delivery time is know up to 4 months due to covid.

1st ever visit. Very very impressed and polite friendly staff that didnt hound you the minute you walked through the door. Will def be back again to purchase

After reading the bad reviews I wasn't going to go there but I'm glad I did the sales man called Lee was so lovely he didn't pressure me, showed me other bedroom furniture I might like and offered me and my family a hot drink. I will definitely go there again.

Better made furniture than those flat pack that comes apart in time.& You even get a tin of appropriate polish to go with it.good solid sturdy furniture from oak furniture land.excellent.thinking of buying a bedside cabinet soon.must be pine like another one I already have.( Least I know that it wouldn't fall apart.)
