So much more than just a corner shop!

This was a real find - it's a corner shop with a small deli / cafe section. I had a fantastic spicy breakfast bap with decent coffee, which was great value. The staff were friendly and helpful - the deli part wasn't quite up and running yet when I arrived this morning, but they cooked it for me anyway - great service!

I've been into the shop a couple of times but on Saturday I had food for the first time, on the recommendation of my husband. I had to pick up a couple of things in the shop so grabbed a pakora and samosa whilst waiting for my chicken and mango wrap. I can see why this place is so popular with the locals. Great range of food in the store and the food was absolutely spot on!

Had a wrap from here and it was sooo good and so full of filling!!! Will definitely walk over to St Werburgs again for another soon!

I just started working nearby and I'm hooked.
Great local community store with a wide range of ethical and organic foods. Great beer and cider selection and all staffed by very friendly people who are, as I found, fiercely defensive of their customers. The food is absolutely banging, wraps are off the hook delicious and worth any wait. Go here

What can I say apart from… what a find. I’ve always had a soft spot for a ‘hole-in-the-wall’ hidden gem and this place certainly meets the criteria. What appears from the outside to be a run of the mill little corner shop, is in fact a top-notch deli/sandwich bar serving up some of the best, and most unique, wraps I’ve ever tried. I went for The Plough. A delicious combination of Indian-spiced lamb, aubergine and yoghurt/mint sauce. Packed with flavour and very generous to boot. If I lived more local I can guarantee I’d be eating here at least once a week. As I don’t, I’ll just have to make the occasional pilgrimage as a treat. Either way, I’ll be back for sure! Keep up the good work Sonni and team!

A rather good local store. The veg is in great condition, nice range of stuff, friendly staff too. Excellent wraps cooked fresh as well

Bought lunch at the deli counter. It was delicious and very well priced. Tasted better than other burgers ive had in Bristol that are double the price. A nice hidden gem.

Amazing little local corner shop. Huge variety of things, particularly great for vegan options. Little on the pricey side, but you're supporting a local family business so it's worth it.

Had food from here for the first time this morning and wow! The veggie bab is insane and the guy who served us is just lovely. Excited to try some more things on the menu.

Great community corner shop with a good selection of organic products and a wide range of beer and wine. Haven't tried the deli inside, but also serves great coffee drinks to take away.

Best corner shop you could ask for. Products slightly on the pricey side but they've usually got some great deals to counter it.

Plus, I've seen people go into gladiatorial combat over the last home made samosas. They're to maim for.

Always amazing food from the deli and friendly service from both the Deli counter and the main shop, we are really lucky to live just down the road from Sonnis! I recomend the meaty breakfast bap from the Deli 😁

Nice selection of fresh veg and products. Staff are very friendly and the babs, wraps and burgers are delicious! Can sometimes be bit of a wait.

A delightful deli, convenience store, whatever you need! With picnic benches and lots of veggie/vegan stuffs. Super friendly staff.
