O2 Shop Burnley

Very nice experience with the lady on the till. Helped me to buy phone, watch and fitted screen protector for free.

I went in to the shop today and was helped by a lovely guy called Omar.
I told him what I was looking for and he found the perfect new upgrade for me. He made switching from my last provider so easy.
I walked out with the new phone all set up and ready to go.
He was extremely helpful. Could not have asked for better service

I came away from O2 a great deal better off than entering the shop. No hounding from staff, a nice warm welcome, and you're left to peruse at leisure. I mentioned to Hamsa that I was with Virgin Media. Now I have a super Sim only deal that blows the pants off my previous Sim deal at VM. O2 can not do enough to enhance your Sim experience. Go on, ask what they can do, and you might be surprised. Respect for O2 Staff.

My experiences was excellent the staff were extremely helpful with my enquiries about a new phone and tariffs. The member of staff was very friendly. Your member of staff Olivia was very helpful and friendly.

Excellent service! 11/10. We were assisted by Kaif who was extremely helpful, friendly and patient. With the help of Zeiyn, we were able to leave extremely satisfied + with a brilliant offer. The can-do attitude to solving the issues we had were second to none. Thank you!

Well where do I begin !
Zaibaa greated me with the most amazing smile as soon as I entered the shop . She asked what I was looking for and listened attentively to my requirements .
I only use my phone for basic needs , more for photos etc .
I already had a Samsung but didn't really use any apps or anything .
She suggested the OPPO Find X5 Lite which to be honest I had never heard of , she went on to explain the differences between the two phones , the OPPO was cheaper and had all the benefits I required from a phone so I went with that .
She showed me how to use it and even suggested that O2 buy my old phone back which I never even knew they would.
Then she said they would transfer all my messages and photos over to my new phone.
The shop was busy so she courteously asked if I would mind if Liv , may have been Liv ( my apologies) , could take over to transfer the remaining data .Liv found a way to Bluetooth all my remaining photos to my new phone but had to painstakingly transfer them one by one , it really did take hours, bless her!They even retained my phone's overnight so that they could continue the following morning .
I left my husband's number and they rang the following day as soon as the process was complete .The service I received was second to none , I am not the best at phone technology but the girls really put me at ease, they were so patient with me and answered all my questions making sure I left the shop confident in using my new phone , and assuring me that if I had any queries/problems at a later date just to call in the shop and they would be there to help .What I thought was going to be a stressful experience was an absolute joy ! Girls you were amazing and are a credit to Burnley's O2 store , you should be really proud of yourselves......thank you both so much !

I got my new contract phone with my girlfriend and I didn't have my details right for my discount and a lad who served me said any time within 28 days. Recently it was crunch time and I was in Skipton and thought they would help me. Some man I didn't get his name was only one who was free, said it's not something they deal with there and went inside store room and handed me a leaflet to follow instructions. Found it too long and complicated to handle. I was really disappointed no one was wanting to help me. I called Burnley branch where I got my contract with, spoke to a young lady called Aisha, said come in tomorrow. I did and a young lady Sora with Aisha helped me through sorting out my nhs discount. That's customer service. Really happy with the service from the ladies. Satisfied with the help. Shame my home town branch wasn't that helpful. Thanks ladies your going to do great.

unplanned visit to O2 today to look at reducing phone tariffs Zehyn was very helpful he couldn't of done enough, even rang customer service department for us to help resolve a problem, Zehyn was a super helpful staff member, we really appreciated the time he took to help us, I highly recommend!!!

What can I say about this place. Superb! The young lady tech guru was excellent. She transferred my data to my new phone then showed me how to get the best out of my new phone. Nothing was too much trouble

Called into burnley store today, all staff friendly and trying to make the best out of the current situation. Omar was fantastic and helped me chose a new phone and contract. Top class service 😁

Very pleased with both my purchases S10+ and the wife’s S9+.
Ben who works in the O2 shop was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for me...even when I returned with a problem with trying to claim my Galaxy ear buds...If you decide to purchase a new phone I would definitely recommend this shop and moreover I would recommend dealing with Ben...but I’m sure the rest of the staff are just as helpful....Nice one Ben thank you and thank you for your patience. 😉

All the O2 staff helped us choose the right phone and contract. Brilliant customer service. Team effort.

Absolutely outstanding service today in O2. After being treated so badly in the Vodafone store I went into O2 and the assistant in there was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond to sort out swapping the contracts over. Vodaphones loss as we will now move all our company phones across over as well. Vodafone need to take a leaf out of o2s book and work on their customer service training especially those with disabilities. Thank you O2.

Great service and easy to use

Knowledgable assistant, great customer service, the assistant manager it top banana!
Way better than the incompetent lot in Blackburn, really, if you cant do your job, find another!
I drove 12 mile to find a store with people who know what they are doing and dont try and shuffle theough the day on a wing and a prayer.
Great job Burnley O2, you have my vote!

Any problems I have had with my phone virgin o2 have sorted it and they have some good deals on
