Tesco Superstore

A big Tesco with a huge car park in front of their door, right in the middle of Old Swan.

A superstore with a large selection of food and drink products including alcoholic drinks. There are many items for the home including kitchenware and electrical goods. A cafe provides hot and cold snacks and meals. Toilets and baby-changing facilities are available close to the cafe. There is a large car park.

It's a great store with great options. Easy to shop, vast range of food items for very reasonable price.

Reasonable prices with club card. Staff on shop floor always friendly and helpful, the girls in the cafe and self service checkout provide excellent customer service and always willing to help. Shops is well stocked at all times, clean and tidy, but the toilets could do with being cleaned better!

Visit here regularly as it’s my local store. Shop is always clean and tidy, staff always friendly and there to help when needed despite it being busy. Can always find what I’m looking for as there is a good range of stock. The ladies who work in the cafe are really lovely too. 😊

Click and collect need more bays Available especially Christmas time was driving around in circles until someone left bit of a shambles when the car park is already rammed.

Jenny in the clothes department was a massive help to me this week! Needed a dress in a different size and she went to check for me. I was stressed and service with a smile always helps massively! Tesco, you have a great member of staff!

This is the best shopping center I have ever shopped in. Every time I'm here I buy more and more goods! It's just so great

Large clean store, lots of fresh produce, an a lovely cafe. Lots of free parking an disabled access. Staff helpful.

Was desperately looking for a particular initial mug (couldn’t find my initial), and couldn’t find it in other stores, or this one- asked a member of staff who I think may have been a supervisor/manager, who went and searched for me. Took a while, but he managed to find me one hidden away somewhere. He was so helpful and friendly, absolutely made my day, thanks so much to him. Super pleased customer! Other staff I talked to were lovely too, such a nice store.

Great place to do small and big purchases. You can find everything and at low prices. Be sure to use your Tesco card with lots of discounts.

I went shopping last night in Tesco Old Swan.
A massive shout out to two members of staff whose name I did not get....sorry.
The gentleman stocking the Pet foods went above and beyond to find me some tropical fish food. The lady on the tea and coffee aisle. A credit to the store . All the staff very friendly under very difficult times for them. Merry Christmas to you all xx

Just back from shopping at vulnerable hour and we’ll done to all the staff! Not too many people in and was able to get most things. It was getting busy as we were leaving, hopefully they are going to have limits on the number of people allowed in at one time. Keep up the good work it is really appreciated.

Amazing customer service.
Customer had taken my change from the self service machine and left with it in his pocket (white T-shirt man shame on you)
Staff immediately replaced my money as a good will gesture, thank you ladies for that made it a lot better.

I just would like to leave a comment about Nathan in the tesco mobile shop in store. This guy is an absolute assett to the company. He couldnt do enough for me, the customer before me and the one after. I just hope his bosses are reading this and recognise this guy for the absolute gem that he is. If I still had my own business ide have poached him. Management material, no doubt about it. Courteous, knowledgable and not in the least bit condecending. Ile be coming back for a better phone...and most of all to be advised by this great kid.

Can I just say a big thankyou to the great staff at oldswan Tesco .my little boy was sick today instore and the staff was amazing they rushed to get me wipes clean clothes couldn’t of helped my little boy anymore thanks .He cannot talk so was totally unaware he was about to be sick thanks do much for your help lovely Tesco oldswan staff xx

I absolutely love going to Tesco in Old Swan as the staff are all so pleasant. I have been to other stores and sadly the staff seem miserable (especially Allerton Road). Last time I was in Old Swan Tesco I actually spoke to one of the managers and mentioned his staff to him as I was at the time complimenting a member of staff to him. Been going to this store since it first opened. Ideal location with plenty of parking both for able and disabled customers. Shop is on one level and disabled friendly. Dividers are still in place so you can still feel safe regarding covid. There are places at the entrance to the shop for you to sanitise your hands and your trolley. In all, a very good shop with plenty of variation of products. Definitely worth a visit, plus there is an on site cafe too with good food if you fancy a snack or a cuppa.

Have just done my shopping. There was a small queue but it moved reasonably quickly. Recently cleansed trolley available on entry to the store. Floor marked out with directional arrows with staff pointing this out to those wanting to go the wrong way. Staff members directing you to the next available checkout. Staff helpfull, friendly and polite. Well done Tesco Old Swan.

The store was not very crowded, plenty of room on the large car park and lots of check outs manned when I had finished my shopping. I was in formed by the lady on the checkout that this was always the case on Sundays.
