I went into burton store today and was helped and served by SANAA. Sanaa was able to check availability and get the stock very quickly. She was very approachable friendly and just amazing at what she does! Very happy and satisfied with my visit. Couldn’t ask for better customer care!

We recently bought a TV, sound bar and laptop. Michal the salesman was extremely helpful and we got a good deal. Unfortunately we paid for an additional service to set up the TV which basically didn't happen on the day of delivery! We tried to chase this up on the phone whivh was a nightmare, being handed from one person to another, with no resolution. We then complained at the store and Jack and Jo came in their own time after work to set it up for us! Fanrastic! The set up service and phone helpline need urgent attention if we were to consider a further purchase in the future.

Came down to purchase an Xbox series X got it for a good price they also offered me a few other accessories to go with it for a really great price The staff are also very helpful and very nice I spoke to a worker called Joe he had extremely good work ethics and was a great help 10/10 would definitely visit again

Just dropped off some old tech for recycling and the staff are really pleasant and helpful gave me a £25 voucher for my next purchase so thanks very much.

Not an easy request today for my 98 year old mother wanting a new TV but we had exceptional kindness and care from Sanaa, who greeted us at the disabled parking spot, Sian who researched our reference and Faz who was an amazing sales person. Couldn’t do enough for us!

Needed new vacuum cleaner. Young man who came to help us explained this was not his area but found information on his tablet. We explained what we wanted (& didn't want) & got just what we needed. He put the vacuum cleaner in the car as my husband is a wheelchair user. Friendly & polite. Excellent service.

We went and chose a laptop, at the Burton Currys, unfortunately it wasn't in stock but was told it should be in by Sunday. Unfortunately it hadn't arrived and were told it would be the next Sunday and as we were in need of one and this was a good purchase, the manager made a series of phone calls and said it would definitely be the following Sunday. On the following Tuesday, we had a call to say it was available to be picked up, which was a lot sooner than expected. Very good service and staff very helpful.

After having a horrendous time ordering a washing machine online from Curry’s the Burton store stepped in and sorted everything. When the washing machine was delivered and installed it broke within 3 hours of delivery. Water all over my floor and making an extremely loud noise. The drivers came back and stated it was faulty. They said I had to contact the manufacture and then for the manufacture to contact Curry’s to sort out a replacement. Spoke to the manufacture who stated that it wasn’t faulty and that curry’s damage the machine on delivery and they were going to quote me £100 call out charge. Refusing to pay, I called the customer service line and they were extremely unhelpful. It was so bad that I decided to come into the Burton store. I spoke straight away to the manager and explained everything. They massively apologised and have arranged for my machine to be collected tomorrow and we have re-order a new washing machine. Going with a different brand. All the staff were extremely helpful. Going forward I won’t be ordering online and instead, I will going into store. Thank you Burton Branch!!

Very helpful member of Staff 'Michael' was very knowledgeable, personable & friendly. Didn't push us into buying something we didn't(or couldn't afford really want or bamboozle us with technological jargon. Was very patient when asked to explain things quite a few times! Thanks Michael :)
