Screwfix Billingshurst

Arrived at the store quite late in the day, it was quiet but still plenty of time before closing. The two ladies working in the store were so helpful! No problem checking that an item was going to fit my application before purchasing the item. Great stock of items although I find SF isn't always the cheapest these days, so shop around ... 😄

Very helpful and efficient staff - changed a product I bought that didn't fit with no quibbles ( it was unopened) and can order online and pickup from the store where it's easy to park.

James and his amazing team at Screwfix Billingshurst are always on hand to help. I have lost count off the amount of trips we have made. James and the team go out off their way to get stock in for us if it isn’t in the warehouse. We are backwards and forwards to france so we have to have items ready for our trips. Nothing is too much trouble. It only takes a minute to say thank you.

Great customer service every time!  I called in on Thursday (bank holiday pm) to the Billingshurst branch to buy an obscure fencing item.  As a non trade customer I always feel apprehensive when visiting an extensively process driven business. This the 5th similar visit in the last few months.  I don't use the catalogue and yet the staff are the most professional and helpful of any retail specialist I know!  Excellent customer service every time well done. Brilliant experience!

Friendly and efficient. Bit pricey but worth it for speed and convenience.

Very handy having a store so close to where I live. Saves journey to Horsham or Chichester. Store is well stocked, and if the item is not held, it is almost always able to be brought in for next day collection. The Staff are friendly and helpful - especially Duty Manager Sacha, who really does go the extra mile in trying to track down parts and skurces of information.

Brilliant service, Billingshurst branch didn't have what I needed but the lady checked other stores for me without being asked and located them in Cranleigh, paid at Billingshurst whizzed over to pick up form Cranleigh! Annoying that I had 2 go 2 another branch but full credit o both branches for customers service

Brand new premises so very quiet so far. Ordered items and received a text within minutes that they were available for collection. Can't fault them.
