Used to be good up until 6 months ago. Then new miserable staff with no clue started. I saw my friend in the shop who is unwell. When he walked out the shop the staff were spraying air freshener in front of everyone saying he smelt! Disgusting!! But its ok for a member of their staff on summer to smell like an onion!!

Clearly this shop..has know Idea on how to run a postoffice business, I took some franked A5 posts to pass at the counter for the postman pickup..the staff at the postoffice counter looked bewildered at the franked post ..He had no clue then he was on the phone asking what to do..I explained you are a postoffice and you give parcels to the postman.he then told me put them through the letter box clearly they did not fit due to the size..This is not a postoffice absolute amateur 's. .So out I go with a heavy bag of post..that my local postoffice could not service me..surely they cannot hold the business as a postoffice and treat customers like dirt..
Rude staff and treated with a lack of disrespect as if I was in the wrong.
