Had an issue with an in store return, after contacting customer services who were no help I asked to be put through to the store and spoke to a Manager (Guy) he told me to come down and he would sort it.
Went in and within 5 minutes he had returned the items on to a gift card - Thank you.

Next Yate is a lovely little store with friendly and helpful staff. It is a great asset to Yate. The Next at the Yate Riverside Development has a Women’s, Men’s, Childrenwear (up to 12yrs) and Home department with a Costa Coffee. The store is split over 2 floors and has spacious fitting rooms.

Have been there couple of times and always good choice & helpful staff. no problem of returning item as didn’t fit well.

Had to return a jacket bought for my husband which was too small, the gentleman at the till wasted no time in refunding me. Superb customer service.

Young lad in mens section helped me with some shirt fittings and middle aged lady served me, both very polite and helpful.

Plenty of car parking, located a short walk from the mail shopping area of Yate.
Usual products available with in store ordering and pick up available free of charge.

So nice place with lovely staff! Affordable and good quality clothes.

Nice modern new Next, with lots of natural light. Also has Costa coffee inside.
