I visited about 9 months ago and purchased Too Faced products, deals were so good and I was so happy with the primer and powder! Came back 3 months later and found Tom Ford lipsticks and Mac ones for great prices but I was silly and didn’t pick them up. Cannot wait to see what I find next time!

Went there today to try out the new O2 outlet. I was impressed by the store. As you can expect from a beauty outlet shop some of the testers are abit messy. But there were so many gift sets for makeup and skincare at a good price, perfect for gifting. Got 3 gift sets for friends. I will be back to get some more mac items.

Great choice and savings! this is an official Estee Lauder Companies outlet, so just disregard all the comments about the authenticity of the products. The reason for differences in packaging/ texture/ smell is that this is an outlet store selling older product variations

I went in and asked for help because I'm having trouble with allergic reactions to the products I'm using. The lovely lady who helped me (I wish I'd asked her name, so sorry!) was so kind and helpful. She helped me find a moisturiser that works for my skin type and - after 2 uses hasn't caused my skin to break out which is a first. Also got a very good deal but what really impressed was the level of customer care.

Customer service is amazing! Amrita and Thibine were so kind and helpful. They helped me pick the right fragrance for me as I was indecisive and were patient with my requests which I really appreciated, because we all know finding THE one can be tricky. They’re really amazing at their job and I hope they go far and succeed in life!! 😌✨

Went to the store Saturday was met by Sharmina as soon as I arrived she was very welcoming and very helpful.
