Coming to the Morrisons today to pick up my parcel. Went already second time this weekend. First time the shop assistant at least look for my parcel. Today the Indian young lady who was on the phone as I went to the shop and just flipped her eyes up when she found out I came to pick up a parcel. She barely look for my parcel then she said come tomorrow and deal with my manager. I haven’t experienced such a reluctant attitude for a very long time. Just don’t work in customer services if you hate your job.

First time going into this store and was absolutely disgusted with the girl serving. She was texting on her phone while I stood waiting for her to finish. She seemed either drunk or stoned & when I queried the price of an item she said the price that was showing on the till was the correct price today, but the price they had put on the shelf was tomorrow's price. I told her she had to sell the item at the price it was advertised at, but she said there was nothing she could do. I said she was breaking the Sales of Goods Act and she said it wasn't her problem and that's how they did things. Need to hire better trained staff and make sure they are pricing Morrison's stuff correctly. Please be aware if you plan to visit this shop, prices will not be correct depending on the day. I wonder if Morrison's are aware of this practice !!

JAMES served me today and what a rude reception he gave me clearly he had the hump about something and was rude when i questioned the price he then slammed my items down on the counter i said wow how rude… you need to sort your customer service attitude out he then said well theres always another shop you can use !!! the manager was there and did nothing. he said i want to go home terrible staff in there !!! shameful to the Morrisons name !!

I had the displeasure of shopping in Morrison Barton.

As a life long resident of Barton I have never been so disappointed with the service I received. There was one member of staff sitting on the fridge where I needed to get to chatting on her phone. When I said " excuse me please" she gave me a dirty look as if I was an annoyance

She was talking on her phone in a foreign language and laughing directly in mine and my daughters face!

When she finally got to the till and served me she was still on her phone and laughing with whoever she was talking to.

I bought an item which was faulty, tried to return it and was told I need to speak to the manufacturer. I bought an item from Morissons and I would expect to be refunded if it it's faulty. Surely Morissons should be returning faulty products?

I am now out if pocket much to the girls delight "by the way she was laughing"....

Poor customer service, rude, ignorant staff, would never shop in here again!

Since when can you only buy alcohol in Morrison with a UK ID? I was not served because I had a European id. Very unpleasant staff. Young girl makes her own rules. Pure racism. Would not recommend. I will never go back there. 🤮
