I watched two 13yr olds go in and buy vodka, didn’t even look 18. Didn’t get asked for I.D and they looked their age. Absolute disgrace…should be closed down!

Staff is on the phone. Don't even talk with you. Rude. I received an amazon parcel here. Not anymore.

I went in yesterday to return a parcel and the label did not scan properly, I asked him to try it once more and at this point he became rude and confrontational calling me a time waster and waving his arms around angrily. I printed a new label and asked my younger sister if she could return it as I wanted to avoid another situation like before, this time he became verbally aggressive toward my sister and came around the counter shouting at her and calling her a time waster. The store was completely empty both times this happened and the man's actions were completely out of line and unjustified. I've never seen this man inside the shop before and am familiar with the regular owner and his wife who are lovely but this man was absolutely vile.

Guy refused to give the parcel without the ID even proof of purchase and code which agains to the eBay rules.

Useless shop!
Hung around the shop (in other shops) for 1/2hr to take a parcel and still not open 10.15 even though it shows open on search!

They steal parcel, so don't use them.

Don't trust them, a bunch of liars.
