As with a lot of The Entertainer stores, the selection isn't that great, however, the staff at the Wrecsam store are exceptional. A model for other retail businesses in fact. Click and Collect runs smoothly, the staff are polite and friendly, efficient and seem happy.

Amazing shop with amazing staff

I called into the Wrexham Branch this morning to try and find a lawn mower for my grandson. The young lady asked if I could call back in later when they had more staff on as the summer toys were in the store room (understandably), and they would have someone available to go and check. I did call back and bless the young lady she brought two to give me a choice. One of which was ideal. They went above and beyond to help me. Wonderful staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Every now and then they have a demonstration of a toy going on. Very well stocked.

My daughter played for ages with one of their toys of the day. The member of staff was fantastic with her and spent a lot of time helping her. Much appreciated as I then had the chance to get some early secret Christmas gifts.

They sell toys....I know what a shocker

This is a great shop for toys, games and anything your children or grandchildren could wish for. The prices are very reasonable, great discounts, the staff are very helpful and caring. It is a good experience when you are looking for something new for a present.

Looked for certain aew figures for my son , 8 pound cheaper per figure than everywhere else , staff really helpful

It is one of the best toy shop in Wrexham. It has various toy collections ranging from barbie to avengers that is for all age categories. The sale which they offer is ultimate and the products are worth to buy during sale especially.

If you are looking for toys for the children this is a good place to shop staff where very helpful and friendly. Toys not overly priced

Like any other kids shop get what you see prices are on par with everywhere else.
