B&M Home Store

Excellent shop got a bit of everything. Even got a big Toy section at the back for the kids. The Staff are very helpful. Perfect place to stop off and grab a few bits on the way through town. Good Prices and they have deals on a lot of the items

Lovely big B&M store on 2 floors. Customer lift or stairs available to upper floor. Can get busy fri/sat. Home, garden, some food and drink, seasonal, pet, cleaning items and cosmetics available.

When I moved from home with my partner we didn't have any real furniture except a bed and fridge but thanks to b&m I managed to get a ton of furniture and finish my home without breaking my bank account ! It's so cheap!. It's unbelievable how much this store has helped me start a life. The staff is always helpful and the store is always nice and clean. This is what other stores should learn from! Great store!

Large friendly well stocked store. Bev gave us excellent customer service when we wanted to pick up our large product from the delivery area. She was helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

They have unique party snacks all the time. Got some stuff for my lil sister's birthday and she loves it.

Lots of household goods are available at a very competitive price. Some items' price difference is twice cheaper here. Food, toys, small electronics, stationery and even gardening stuff are available here.

Came in and got some furniture today and couldn’t take the trolley out the security zahr helped us out the store. he was extremely kind and considerate, lovely man and went above and beyond was very much appreciated x

After making enquiries at the till over the availability of egg chairs I was disappointed to learn that they were out of stock. However to my delight a very cheerful and helpful staff member searched the store to find me completing the rest of my shop and informed me that 3 had just been delivered. I had been trying to obtain these since last year and thanks to this lady I was able to purchase 2. The staff at the Gravesend branch were very helpful and polite and this is my favourite B and M store so I was so grateful to them.

Bought a egg chair from this store . The two workers that helped us were brilliant in helping us load the car from the delivery bay. Great with us and we were very happy with the service. The products and prices were amazing . This is the best shop around . Thank you to the two women that helped us. We are so happy.

Very helpful staff. I was buying big bags of Bird seed and needed a trolley. They dont have them at the moment but the lady staff member offered to bring the bags out to my car on one of their big 'cage' things. Always very friendly and helpful.
