I had a wonderful experience getting my mother of the groom outfit last Saturday. Trish & Angela couldn't have been more helpful, they worked thoughtfully & together we put together a look that's perfect for me. Thankyou so much.

I had an amazing service from Eunice and Trish yesterday.
They were incredibly helpful and friendly.
I live in guildford and just went to Horsham to see my friends.
I would definitely travel to Horsham to just shop from them again.
From start to finish everything was amazing.

I was served by Eunice and Joella who couldn't have done enough for me. Nothing was too much bother for them, they were both extremely helpful and professional and easily upheld the very high standards I expect from shopping at Hobbs Horsham.

Wonderful service today Sunday 3rd September. I was black dress shopping for my husbands funeral. I'm a new fairly young widow (56) and rather wobbly understandably. Trish was marvellous, attentive but not pushy. She obviously realised why I wanted black she was subtle and kind. Trish was aided by her colleague Jo who was also helpful. A great team and an asset to the store.

The lovely assistant Angela spent a long time making sure I was absolutely happy with my purchases. Her suggestions were spot on and very very helpful.

I'd never shopped in Hobbs before, but the window display tempted me in. Looking for a wedding outfit, I was delighted with the range of Limited Edition dresses in beautiful fabrics. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Angela who went out of her way to advise, support and suggest accessories, even though I was at the 'just looking' stage. I went back a week later and Angela helped me make my final decision.
I'm a very happy customer and look forward to visiting again.

Walked into store looking for wedding outfit didn’t see anything I liked I was so stressed, Angela was so helpful she showed me a few outfits which I turned my nose up at, but she persuaded me to try them on, the outfit I tried on first I bought I felt so good in it, would have never had ordered it online so thank you Angela from the Horsham branch, I now feel I won’t be letting my son down on his big day 😁

Marina is amazing, she’ll always find me such fabulous outfits for me. I now live in New Zealand and I’ll visit every time

This is a wonderful shop that we are so fortunate to have in Horsham.

Whilst looking for that elusive wedding outfit I entered the shop yesterday and was delighted with the selection available. I would also like to say a Big Thank You to Eunice & Lauren for their wonderful assistance in helping me find multiple options for the wedding all of which I felt a million dollars in.

I visited the shop exhausted of ideas and came out with a beautiful outfit for the wedding and another wonderful dress as well.

Let’s be honest, clothes shopping with the wife is not normally top of our list of things to do. But very impressed with Hobbs Horsham store (Special thanks to Eunice & Lauren)

First and foremost VERY comfortable chair whils waiting. Extremely helpful knowledgeable staff, but never pushy and honest and constructive in helping my wife find a number of outfits.

Add a coffee machine, and I could be a regular.
But seriously, thanks again to both for a very professional and courteous service.

Just wanted to say how professional Angela was when I visited the Horsham branch this week. So knowledgeable & helpful and nothing was too much trouble. In fact she went over & above with advice even though she should've finished her shift and stayed on to secure a sale. The two other ladies, Lauren & Nadine (hope I remembered their names correctly!) were also very kind & the customer service from all of them was exceptional. Would recommend shopping there!

The Horsham store provided me with the most excellent service. Tutu and Angela were exceptionally helpful. They posted the dress to me in North Yorkshire, and it arrived promptly and expertly packed. It's a credit to the store to have such helpful staff.

I had the horrible task of finding something suitable to wear to my Mum's cremation recently. Dana at the Horsham store was so helpful and allowed me to bring home two potential outfits. It is the personal service that makes Hobbs stores stand out from all the other high street clothing chains - and it's something that can never be replicated by buying on line. I had a wonderful experience. Normally not a fan of shopping but a lovely lady tirelessly sourced outfits for me to suit me and I walked away with some beautiful pieces. In all honesty I wouldn't have picked up myself from the hanger. The materials used and cut/tailoring of the clothes is super. Going back for more!
