Popped in today and asked assistant if she would help me find a dress for my daughter’s wedding. The assistant, Bernie was so helpful asking me questions, choosing dresses and happily talked about each one as I came out of the changing room. She immediately understood my needs/wants and the dress I finally chose was one she picked out. Bernie made the whole experience joyful. I came out with the dress, shoes, bag and a fascinator on order. Best shopping experience I’ve had for a very long time. Thank you Bernie!

Thank you so much to Teresa and her team at the Leamington Hobbs for my beautiful pale blue outfit for the special wedding I attended. I felt a million dollars and had so many compliments. Teresa and team are always so helpful I always love going in to the store to see what's new !!

Having visited Hobbs in Central Six Birmingham and getting 5 star treatment, I felt like Vivian Ward from Pretty Woman when i entered the Leamington Spa Store... No Welcome, No Offer of help, they started vacuuming up whilst I was in the changing room, and offered no alternatives to a dress style I liked, it was a real shame that buying from Hobbs was such a disappointing experience, after we had visited Birmingham, I believed Hobbs service was impeccable, but now I know not to return to Leamington if I want to feel special when buying an outfit, due to the poor service I received (Until I took items to the counter) I hope these sales women are not on commission, I didnt even bother asking for the matching accessories and they had no interest in selling anything to me at all, never judge a book by its cover ladies, I will not be back to your store and hope you get some customer service training by the store in Birmingham who actually sold us the dresses, you just took the money, shame on you.
