M&S within the hospital has everything needed for anyone visiting, for inbound patients that want something different to the hospital food, and for staff working within the hospital to be able to grab essential items on their way home. Not overly priced, in fact cheaper than other hospital based shop's. Everything I bought from the store was to be expected from M&S top quality, staff were really helpful and friendly with amazing product knowledge.

In my opinion this hospital will be hard to beat in any survey. The staff as a whole are pleasant, courteous, helpful and very professional, whether it be surgeons, doctors, nurses or cleaning crew, I can't fault them.

Excellent patient experience, kept to appointment times, staff followed correct checking procedures, introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do. Well done.

Very clean and well stocked. Dislike the self service machines. Much more welcoming to be served by human staff but otherwise fine.

Nice facilities doctors and nurses try their best with limited resources. Parking is a problem plenty of car parks but always full. Very busy hospital.

Really handy for picking up lunch, snacks or even dinner. You can get newspapers and magazines here plus flowers, pyjamas and socks should you need them

Good but could do little better with what is stocked as the main shop in a large, busy hospital.

It's big hospital but made welcome it took a long time to see my dads ward

If your using renal level 4 you'll find the kindness funniest people. I found them all to be so.

Great choice of sandwiches and snacks at a very reasonable price. Love the self service too.
