Online order that had to be rescheduled due to my nanny having a fall but on the rescheduled day the order hadn’t arrived in the time slot given. I called the shop and unfortunately the rescheduled day hadn’t been processed, the gentleman (Manager) was very helpful offered a later time on same day sadly couldn’t do the time slot so the gentleman (Manager) went above and beyond and come out and delivered my nanny’s shopping himself! What an incredible and kind thing to do it was very much appreciated and we need more people like this gentleman in the world.

I like this upscale version of Iceland. It's cheap but doesn't feel grubby. Staff are friendly. Remember your pound for the trolley!

Soft drinks are vastly available in here. Bulk buying is not necessarily cheap tho.

All in one place.
Lots of offers which change regularly.

Nice and clean, got what I wanted.

Really well spaced aisles with a great choice of larger pack foods including restaurant brands like TGI, Eds diner, Greggs etc. Good grocery selection too including fresh veg, tinned foods, bread, eggs, crisps and snacks and chilled foods like raw and cooked meats, milk and cheeses. Other aisles include giant packs of fizzy drinks, washing/cleaning products, pet foods and alcohol.
Good offers are frequently being added including bonus card half price items.
Helpful,efficient and friendly staff are always on hand if you need help or have any questions. The only niggle I have is that quite often there is only 1 till open and there isn't really a decent size area to pack your items quickly.

But lady on till excellent, I had extreme bad backache due to health condition lady noticed I was in severe pain very unwell couldn't have been more helpful & concerned if she tried, quickly got my shopping scanned & bless her packed as well for me, went changed dog bed for me as one I had not the greatest,

Can be a nightmare at very busy times to get off the retail park as there is only 1 exit especially if the business estate is knocking off too.

Nice wide aisles and great choice of both fresh and frozen food. Staff helpful. Prices comparable with Farm Foods, at little bit more expensive but not by much. Will definitely shop there again.

What a find! I had never been in the Food Warehouse before and it was fab! Frozen favourites from Greggs, Iceland, Harry Ramsdens and TGIs, great selection of non frozen foods too!

Absolutely brilliant, first time I visited this store they have everything you need...you can do your shopping all in one place, with great prices and fab customer service, will definately be going back....

Good value,wide variety of products on offer& friendly customer service from peeps who work here. It's a nice wide layout too, great for social distance shopping & I found everything on my shopping list.

My first visit to this store (and also first visit to any food warehouse)
Very impressed, nicely laid out, good choice of stock (both frozen and non frozen)
Wasn't very busy on my visit so felt very safe - but covid safety is in place with limited numbers "traffic light" system if required
Large free car park (shared with other stores) right outside

Friendly staff, good choice, good prices. Everything has gone up but seems good value.
