My visit to Cambridge Cycle Company Pampisford was an absolute pleasure. I am in the market for a Gazelle bike, and I had the good fortune of being assisted by Max. His demeanor was the epitome of kindness and patience, making the entire process a delight. His deep knowledge about the bikes was evident and extremely helpful in guiding me towards the perfect choice for my needs.

The store atmosphere is extremely friendly, and it’s clear the staff there are not just employees but passionate about cycling. The spacious layout of the store provided ample room for test riding different models, which I found invaluable in making my decision.

Absolute cracking company to deal with! Efficient, attentive friendly staff and a well-stocked range of bikes and accessories. Darren and the team hooked me up with a fine folding bike from 'Tern' and delivered it to my front door within a few days. Glad to be back on 2 wheels, highly recommend!!

I drove from Newcastle upon Tyne (that's 500miles round trip!) to pickup a bike for my wife. Our local Gazelle dealer said a bike we wanted would be available in May 2024 (that's over 2 year wait at the time of writing).
So I found CCC to have the bike in stock and in correct size so it seemed like a sensible thing to do...
The staff is polite and helpful. I even got help with loading the bike into boot of my car.

Absolutely fantastic service, headset and rear wheel bearings where buggered on my gravel bike they had it sorted for me next day for a reasonable price. Also bought in a front wheel a few weeks later with a weird noise and lateral play, garry sorted the hub out for me by the following day with new bearings and now it's running great. Highly recommended this place.

Brilliant service! Booked my bike in for a full strip down in preparation for a race this weekend with quite a few bits that needed doing. Although they were busy due to the jubilee bank holiday, they completed the full strip down in 24 hours so I could get a few miles in prior to the race to make sure everything was okay. Communication was brilliant too. They called up once they’d looked at what needed doing to confirm everything with me prior to making the repairs.
I’d highly recommend to anyone!

Truly the best bike shop I've dealt with in the last 40 years! Darren went beyond the extra mile regarding our two new ebikes and couldn't have been more helpful. Bikes delivered to our door at times and on dates promised, to our complete satisfaction. Aftersales service is unbeatable too.

Over the last few years I've used this shop many times, including bikes for all the family, and they've always been expert and helpful.

Support your local independent bike shop. I bought my last bike from them, height of COVID and the accompanying bike shortage. They found a frame in stock that met my requirements and fit perfectly, then held it for me for a month while I worked through the cycle to work bureaucracy.

A super-helpful bike shop. They really bent over backwards to cater to my wife's every whim, were totally patient and helpful, and fair with the pricing. My wife is over the moon with her new Gazelle e-bike, so many thanks!

I decided to upgrade to an electric bike, and wanted a good local shop that sells Dutch bikes (and can deliver, and collect for servicing). Cambridge Cycle Company was able to give me great advice based on their own personal experience with e-bikes, and helped me choose the right one. I hadn't appreciated how much an e-bike would change my life, but it has! I've had a few follow-up questions which have been swiftly answered.

We traveled, from Norwich, to Cambridge Cycle Company to buy bikes for the three of us (inc my 11 y/o daughter) for a winter trip cycling across France. I cannot speak highly enough of the advice, service and after purchase help we've had. Without Richard spending the time he did thinking through with us the best bikes to take, I can see now I would have bought the wrong bike. This would have made quite a big difference to the journey. Great cycle shop. I bought my first proper road bike and a pair of SPD shoes from here. I have cycled (mostly commuting) for a number of years but when it came to moving up to the next level the extra advice was second to none and so important that I was able to try on different recommended shoes as well as adjustments to the bike for maximum comfort.

With a new chain and chainset, brake pads and a basic service my mountain bike feels as good as new. Very happy with the bill too.
