Store has had a bit of a makeover and seems to be better stocked now, self checkouts are all *card only" so it can be a pain having to queue at the kiosk to pay cash.

As we usher the new year, I'd like to celebrate one of your employee from your Tesco Derby @St Peters outlet. Mr Tom Marsh 💥💫🍾. Being a regular shopper with my family at tescos due to multiple discounts on products, we get to encounter your staff regularly, and Tom is just one of a kind, he will always be in a supermagical mood, joyous, teasing the kids, cracking jokes and above all willing to help when/where necessary. I mean if there is someone we've all gotten so used to as a family it's him. He makes our shopping magical especially during this festive season.

I shopped at the Derby City CentreTesco today and went to self checkout were a wonderful young girl checked out my groceries, her customer service was wonderful, I'm a pensioner and have mobility issues....Great Employee, many thanks !

My favourite store to shop, good selection of good s, and great prices.

The shelves are constantly toped up and checked for use by dates.

Helpful staff and most smile in our Derby Tesco Metro, its almost a pleasure to spend money there.

we dropped off and collected machines this week. Unlike most stores the staff there couldn't have done anymore to help us. Great service and thank you!

I always use this shop. I love it. Only thing I don't like is when they move things to different parts of the shop. U get used to where everything u buy is located in the shop then all of a sudden they move it!

Always busy, but never a bad service. Staff are very friendly and nice, always fully stocked

Tesco Metro Derby is nice with friendly service and assistance, central, ambient refrigerated and frozen goods with a large selection of items and is perfect for central shopping
